Finally! I found a BWW’s that doesn’t suck. This place is fantastic. Friendly, quick attentive service. Clean restaurant and excellent food. Is this the last BWW that hasn’t completely tanked? Maybe all other ones should be trained and take lessons from this one. Well done!

We just came in to eat and the service was awful! Took the waiter five minutes to just come get our drink order. So we went ahead and placed our drink, appetizer, and entree when she finally came around to take our drink orders. Our entree came out before our appetizer. Got No drink refills. And our waiter was at our table to take our order then to give us our check and to bring our card back that’s it! Service was ridiculous if I could but no stars I for sure would!

Tonight my family and I were trying to enjoy a night out with great food and sports. The wait wasn’t bad to be seated but the food and mainly the server Ava was the issue. We sat and waited 15 minutes for the server to come and offer drinks. Then when we placed our orders it took 25 minutes and she never came to check on us or let us know anything about a wait for food. Someone else came and served our food and my wings were cold as if they were sitting on the table waiting for us to arrive to the restaurant. We had no silverware or napkins so I had to go to the pick up counter and ask for some which he kindly handed me promptly. 20 minutes later after walking around and avoiding our table she asked how is everything. I informed her my food was cold and we had no silverware or napkins and I couldn’t get her attention to request anything. She then asked if we wanted wet wipes or napkins and I told her no just containers to go and the check. Several minutes later she dropped the check off and containers. We waited several more minutes for her to get the check and payment before I just went to the pick up counter to ask to pay there as we were already frustrated and ready to leave. As I walked to the counter she saw me and went over to take the payment and she had a attitude complaining about they see I’m busy and they can’t wait a minute. She started tapping no tip on the screen and inserting the card to complete the transaction and offered a receipt which we took. I explained to her we weren’t trying to be rude but we waited for a long time without any service and my food was cold. She apologized and said she was busy and if she could go back and make our food herself and bring it out she would but she can’t. Yet she had time to talk in the corner and walk around the area and avoided our table. And we saw this because we were trying to get her attention without yelling and being rude. Then had a attitude with me because I expressed the issue to her. At no time did she offer to warm the food up, replace the cold order or remove it from the bill. This was the worst experience we have had at Old East Road location.
My coworkers and I have always appreciated going here for lunch. But today we had Graci as our server and she made it the best experience we have had by miles! We will be back more hoping we get her again.

I have not had BWW in a while! Customer service was okay straight to the point. I had to wait a few seconds. I did give 2stars because the sauce was actually good. I ordered online had to wait and my fry’s were cold the wings hardly had any sauce on them. I had to return to get more sauce and they gave me 1/2cup of ranch with 10 dry wings I got Asian zing and Cajun but wet wings.

The service was rude people were very angry food was cold everyone heard one of the employees aggressively slam a tray on a table and people who got here before us were served first very disappointed in my first time here I will never come back again
Me and a friend of mine went here to watch the Panthers game. The food was good but if I can rate our server a minus five stars I would. Every minute you guys ok, you guys ok. We put our appetizers in and not even 5 minutes later she asked us if we wanted to order our entrees, it felt like we were being rushed to get out and sit the next guest in when we were obviously there to watch the football game and enjoy our time being there. Oh and I had to watch the game on my phone cause the game was not on in our section. I can see why it wasn’t busy on a football Sunday I will not be back.
