Went in for my birthday to get my free 6 traditional wings. Lady at the counter was nice but the wings were awful truly awful. Unseasoned. Hard as nails like I was fighting to get the meat off the bone. Tasted like fried plastic. I normally never leave negative reviews but this truly baffled me.

My children and I have always loved eating at Buffalo Wild Wings, particularly this location. Our experience was the worst we've ever had. First thing we noticed was how incredibly dirty the restaurant was, I took pictures but there isn't an option to upload them. My son and I both ordered separate Samplers and the food was horrible. Our onion rings were soggy, the wings were incredibly overcooked and weirdly textured, the fried pickles were not fried really at all, and the only thing that was really edible out of both of our sampler baskets was my two chicken strips, which my son and I ended up sharing just so we both had something to eat. The restrooms were so dirty I didn't even want to use it. Our service was okay despite waiting 10 minutes for her to even come to our booth, and she was not very attentive such as refilling our drinks and brought us the wrong sauces, but she (Ashlyn) was nice. The entire restaurant has very young people working in it and it shows. Very poor management and service. Unfortunately this experience was so bad we will not be back.

Let’s Start With This Is My First Time Being At This Location I always go to the other locations
Problem 1) these young girls are talking & playing
Problem 2) they didn’t know how to work my card I brought from food lion when it was clearly a “credit card”
Problem 3) they had my food sitting waiting which is fine but it was in a Warmer sitting while we figure out how to “credit” a credit card that they didn’t know how to work it took me 15 minutes while my food sat “15” minutes just for them to tell me “I’m sorry” we did it wrong run it as a credit card and it finally went through. On my way home my food was cold when I got ready to sit down and eat at the table

We had such a great experience with our server, Jadyn! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. We ordered the spicy garlic wings and some beers, and everything was delicious. She even went out of her way to make sure our kid had a fun time, which meant a lot to us. Thank you, Jadyn, for making our night so enjoyable!

I dont appreciate the guy putz who answered the phone after the snow storm saying "yes we are open all day" only to drive there on snowy roads to find out you were closed. Not Funny!

I really can’t fully recommend this place for chicken anymore. Staff is good and service is good but the chicken has been excessively rubbery lately and really just doesn’t taste good anymore. Burgers are still good.

We had to wait an hour and a half for our food. I let the manager know about our long wait and all she did was make excuses and try to take what was a horrible situation and shrug it off. She offered no solution or no remorse. She didn't even come back to check on us later on. She claimed the entire kitchen staff was new and in training and that they were also short staffed, as if this was something I cared about. All I know is that we came here to enjoy ourselves and we have a pregnant woman, an elderly woman and a child that are not getting food in an even close to reasonable amount of time. Entrees should be out in 15 minutes not 90. Thanks for nothing, this place sucks.

Hostess was a little rude, too pre occupied with the day time manager , the wings were dry and tough...but on the nicer side the two young ladies serving our table where the true professionals...Sorry to you ladies..

My husband, 2year old nephew and I came into bww porters neck for lunch today. At first we were treated very respectfully. The hostess was very polite and even cleaned a booth for us bc we needed a high chair. Our waitress makes her way to our table. Asks what we want for drinks. Hubs gets a beer, water with lemon for me and half water half lemonade for the baby. We get the beer within a minute. After about 10mins minutes the waitress comes to table with a cocktail from the bar. (Lemonade something)
I looked at her with confusion and said "honey that was supposed to be for the baby." She instantly catches an attitude with me and says "I thought it was for you." I honestly don't know how you get cocktail out of half water half lemonade but whatever honest mistake I guess. However she was very rude about it, like it was my fault she got it wrong. She comes back with his drink and goes to walk away. I tell her we are ready to order. Very simple order... 2 orders of boneless wings and a kids chicken tender with fries. When food is ready they bring out the wings but no kids meal. I think okay maybe she just couldn't carry it all? Our waitress goes to the kitchen. After about 8/10 mins goes by she comes back says " they messed it up, we put a rush on it" and goes to walk away again. Never apologized, never offered to bring the baby some fries or something to munch on while he waits. Of course I get frustrated and a little pissed off with the situation. And I may have gotten a little rude ( I didn't mean to, but I did) so as she walks by our table, I ask for some oranges so he has something. She completely ignored me, rolled her eyes and helped 2 other tables. She did bring them out eventually but that's beside the point. Another 15/20 mins, babys food finally comes out. From that point forward she never came back to our table to ask us for refills or to see if we needed anything. I looked at her a few times trying to get her attention and all I got was more dirty looks and eye rolling. She finally comes over to table lays check down, doesn't say a word and WALKS AWAY AGAIN! I'm sorry but that was absolutely ridiculous. What if we wanted something else?
I don't normally leave bad reviews however that was the worst experience I have ever had at a bww. That young lady was very unpleasant and she should not be a waitress. I was a waitress for a long time. You really need to have great customer service if you're going to do that kind of work. Js.
