Sign says dining room opens at 6:00. Waited outside for five minutes while the employees meandered around drinking coffee and ignoring us. When we finally shouted through the window, asking if they were going to open, they motioned for us to go through the drive-through, where they then told us their registers needed a few minutes to start up, so we left. If you're not ready to serve people ten minutes after opening, that's a problem.
Go there at 8am and they are closed when the sign on the door says they open at 6. This has happened multiple, multiple days. On average it happens at least 2-3 times per week.

I pulled up to the drive thru and was informed it was broken. It appeared the small screen where your order would be shown back to you was broken. Although, I could hear the worker and she could hear me so it seems like the drive thru could be an option but it turns out it was probably fir the best to send everyone inside. I went inside to order and the person at the counter was friendly enough but several people were waiting. It took a while for each of us to get our orders and several people came in and were not greeted and just left standing at the counter. My fries were hot and fresh and my spicy chicken sandwich was warm. I probably won't be back to this location.

I just waited 20 minutes to get to the intercom in the drive-thru then waited 10 minutes for them to take my order then they told me that the grill is down and they're only able to sell fried items. It's 12:30 pm on a Saturday. Down bad location

The few times I have stopped here the food has been fresh. The drive-thru does take a little time but that's par for the course anymore. Yesterday, I made a mistake ordering on the app and the restaurant handled it for me, and also a shout out to tech support on the app for quickly handling it as well. I'll continue to eat here! Only thing I wish is for the lobby to be open, it's often closed to customers.

Bad experience:
Waited 10 minutes for the employee (manager) to come off break in the dining area (visible to customers) to take my order and another customer’s order. After order was taken, they left the kitchen for another 10 minutes where my 2 double cheese burgers were sitting waiting to be bagged. The other customer had to yell at the food preparer to look at the screen because he was making his whopper wrong. Eventually I get my order and leave.
Simple 2 double cheeseburger order had bacon without a patty on one burger, and bacon with a single patty on the other.
I’ve worked fast food before, and have never seen a more poorly managed BK.

The manager was working the drive thru. I haven’t been to a BK in over 30 years and my grandson wanted to go to use a coupon. She asked me for a code and I assumed she thought I was using an app. I asked was it on the coupon and she got an attitude and acted like I was stupid the sarcastic way she answered. I told her she didn’t have to be rude I’d never used a coupon there. She told me she wasn’t being rude and I could go somewhere else! I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. They weren’t busy. It’s been over 30 years since I went to a BK and I will never go again.
