Disgusting! I ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese breakfast meal. One of the hash rounds had to have been repeatedly fried until burnt to a crisp. The other I tried tasted like dirty grease. Had to throw away the rest. The sausage also tasted like it was grilled on a dirty, greasy grill. Poor attitude by the employee taking the order and at the window. Has completely gone downhill in the past year

Zero stars, sorry. I had 45 minutes to kill before a doctor's appointment. It took 10 minutes to place my order. I waited 30 minutes and still hadn't received my food and had to leave for my appointment without getting what I paid for. Just a cheeseburger and drink but I wasted $5.35. Will not go back.

I had to wait over 10 minutes for Nuggets & fries.
The nuggets taste worse than frozen Dino nuggies from the grocery store. The fries taste like grade school cafeteria fries. The coke was flat with no flavor.
Don't waste your time & money here.
Even fresh, it tasted like garbage.

Set in the drive thru for 20 min before anyone acknowledged us. There was only us and one other vehicle. If I could give them zero stars I would. I would've drove off if I'd been driving.

Very abrupt and rude at the speaker for no reason. We even waited patiently for five minutes before she even took the order. Disgusting behavior from an ADULT. Looking at other reviews this is common and no one cares.

Ordered through the app, & when I arrived they said the order had never appeared on their end. Staff was courteous but of no help to try & address situation. I had the digital receipt , but they didn't care. The app only has a report a problem which they say will be addressed in 24-48 hours. So I know it comes down to a problem with the app, but disappointed in lack of trying to help me at the location & wouldn't match the app's discount I get through My Walmart + subscription. Again, understand they probably aren't trained for this situation, so where was the manager who should be versed in these situations?? Disappointed & still hungry.

Sat in the drive trough 2 cars behind the window for over 30 minutes and counting , I understand short staff night shifts but over 40 minutes for 3 simple items is unacceptable employees MUST try harder

Daughter was having eye surgery next door so we decided to walk over and grab a quick bite for breakfast after she was taken to the OR. By the time we got our food, the Dr was calling saying she was done and in recovery. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. The staff had no motivation, walked around like they didn't care or had no clue what they were doing. The manager was barking louder than a St Bernard dog at the staff. Lobby was filthy with debris on the tables and the floor was sticky. Show some pride in your work. If you have your job so much, leave.

Horrible service I only put one star because I couldn't leave a review any other way. I'm allergic to bacon and I specifically told them no bacon. They even put it on my receipt. However when I went to eat my burger there was a piece of bacon the size of Texas on there. I immediately called and they told me they would not refund me my money. I hate this location and will never shop here again. At least I know at McDonald's they love to see you smile and won't try and kill you with bacon
