Well if you want the SpongeBob meal don't come here! All they had was the burger so I just got the whopper meal & some more stuff got to the drive through had my order wrong then got an attitude about it got home my food was cold and the bread tasted old will never go back there again they should just close that burger king in monkey junction not good!

I know this place is usually backed up with people and there is almost always a wait for the food but I've never experienced bad service at this burger king like I have with the others in town. It could be because I just always assume they are short staffed and don't expect it in a hurry. I laugh with the staff and will not go to the other BKs in town. Sorry your so short handed most of the time but I appreciate you guys!

Not sure how this place is still open. You got through drive thru and can barely hear the person speaking to you and even with no one in line, you are still waiting 10 minutes for your food and our order is usually messed up as well.

Placed a online order of hot food and frozen drinks. They packaged hot food inside the same bag with the frozen drinks. Guess what happened after they taped up the bag? The drinks melted and sweated all over the food and the food was cold. Of course you can't contact the store by their number because it seems like it's off the hook and immediately hangs up. Emailed burger king and their reply is to contact door dash because it's not their fault their employees negligence of placing hot foods with cold drinks ruined a 50 dollar order. Absolutely ridiculous to think burger king would take responsibility for their own mess ups.

This is the biggest excuse of a restaurant under the Burger King name. The manager there will belittle customers, he will not put you in contact with the district manager. He will also purposely antagonize the customer. I will thoroughly enjoy playing the recording I made this morning of him being rude on the phone.
