Basically an empty store, and still, i waited sooooo long (at least 15 mins) for a small fry and bacon cheese burger 😩 and then they were both cold to top it off. The way these people move in there is painful to watch. I worked in fast food as a teenager and can say it's not difficult, but these BK employees make it look like trying to figure out how to do stem cell research blindfolded. There's no way I'll ever go back. You gotta find better people.

Very rude Manager on duty today 12/18 at 12:44 pm, I called the store because I odered through a delivery service and my nuggets were cold and was missing the sauce. This is the 2nd time my food was cold, and sauce was missing, I wanted to let them know so they could address the issue and I got from her was her saying to me " Stop ordering from us then" in a very rude manner!

Me and my daughter went for lunch. It was extremely hot in their dining room and Their grill was broken. So we were told we could only get chicken items. We made our selections and we dined in. Sandwiches and chicken fries were Luke warm. Fries only thing fresh. I went to use the bathroom and there were German cockroachs ! So not happy with this experience

My fiance went here last night to get our daughter a kids meal and we got a cookie instead of the toy and when we got the food they still had put a toy instead of the cookie witch was no big deal things happen but when my 8 year old went in there to ask for the cookie the older lady that was running the register Decided to yell at and argue with my child saying how she did the order right and said that her mother was in wrong i didn't care that I got a toy instead of a cookie but the fact that the employee sat there and yelled and argued with my child has me beyond angry

Burger King is one of those fast food places that is never fast. I don't know if they are short staffed or what is going on but be prepared to wait over 20 mins for some food.
Don't come here if you can't wait at least 20-30 minutes for your order to be taken in the drive thru. Employees not friendly. Saw prep food on counter through check out window uncovered with flies near them, and employee spitting onto floor while working

Placed order for 2 Whopper Jr's, 2 fries & 1 chicken fry. Had to use drive thru since dining room was closed. Arrived home, 1 burger was simply thrown in the bag, the fries were thrown in bag. I guess I didn't win the "rule" tonight. If you can't do it right, close the doors! Drive thru shouldn't mean customers have to take chances for good service???
This manager deserves a raise!! This is the best ran Burger King in the state!! Immaculate staff and service EVERY TIME!!

Sunday night got Luke warm dry fries-must of sat for a while. Whopper Junior was also just warm. Put in microwave to warm up. Got my food at the drive in and after I left realized they did not give me one of my sodas. This place used to be great and had really slipped the last 4 months.
