Stopped here today because we haven't been to a BK in a while. From receipt to getting our order it was 20 min. The worst part was my husband asked for 3 plain Whoppers, our daughter is special needs and won't even eat a burger if it isn't plain. Needless to say as we were heading home I noticed the receipt didn't say plain and sure enough, they weren't. My husband was very upset. He said the manager seemed more concerned with the drive thru then the lobby. She also yelled that they weren't going to take anymore orders until they get caught up. Rude. We won't be returning. We went to your competitor down the street and they got her order right and in 5 minutes. Great location but yall need to do better

Tried new brisket sandwich. Disappointed. Good , but looked nothing like the picture. Said the brisket was under the cheese, you could not see it at all. I had to ask if it was on the sandwich? It was.. good. But tiny pieces of the fried onions-Not like the picture. 😳I, also tried the cotton candy cold foam drink. It was delicious!

Employees openly making sexual jokes behind the counter while I was inside walking to the bathroom. Urinal does not flush. Stains on bathroom wall as well as inside urinal. Bathroom floor was sticky and looked like it needed to be mopped weeks ago.

Ordered onion rings which were fresh because they had to fry them so delicious. Ordered fish, which was cold dark around the edge and could only eat the middle. Nasty employee taking order was very friendly but they need to do better on their fish, way too much tartar sauce on it maybe to hide the taste. also ordered whopper oh so salty don’t know why

I love BK. I lived a street over from one growing up in Chicago. It’s my favorite fast food treat. HOWEVER, this location is an absolute nightmare. It’s super unfortunate because this is the closest Burger King to my home. Because I love Burger King, I give it a try a few times a year and have never had a positive experience. The order is never right, the food quality is extremely low, the service for lack of better words is pretty much Nonexistent… Today I pulled up to once again give this location a try once again (glutton for punishment I suppose). I pulled up and they asked me to wait a minute so sat in the drive-through for a solid five minutes, I finally asked into the speaker if everything was OK. Another minute later a voice came on and said yeah, OK go ahead with your order. I ordered a whopper and was immediately interrupted by them telling me they were completely out of burgers because their broiler was broken… I asked them why they hadn’t started with that before making me wait over five minutes for absolutely no reason and got a super rude response. I pulled away still hungry and irritated by having my time wasted. I guess in 4 or so months I’ll try again, full of hope, and be served a sandwich without the patty (yep, just the bun) like the last time I attempted this location. Or maybe it’ll be like the time before that where they forget 2 items in my order and then argue that they ā€œput it in thereā€ when all I had done was just circle back around the building to retrieve my missing items. This place is a total disaster. I wish corporate would get it together or at least tear it down so it’s not such a tease.

Sat in the drive through for 13 minutes at 5:30 in the evening. When I called the store because at this point I didn’t have time to stop anywhere else before work, the person who answered said they were killing rats in the restaurant
