Really fresh and delicious bowls with lots of options for building your own - we usually order takeout from their easy-to-navigate mobile app. Our orders have been consistently prompt, accurately prepared, tastefully presented, and flavorful. They even come with chips and salsa included. You get so much food for the price, I sometimes enjoy two meals from one bowl. Well done, Burrito Shak! My son wishes you had one near UNC Chapel Hill!

slow, meager, did not know menu, or what I had on my order UnfreshChipotle old very little 6 guys older dude not nice overcharged me I had to correct Way too salty but very clean place Good chips no juice 3-

First time trying this place and it was phenomenal!! The food and service were amazing and it was a very friendly, clean, and lively environment! Will definitely be back!

Better than Islands, Chipotle, Flaming Amy's, Shaka Taco etc. Affordable, you get free chips and salsa with your meal, the restaurant is clean, staff is friendly.

Been a fan of burrito shak for years! I primarily go to the Hampstead location, but sometimes porters neck is just quicker, however, I won’t be back. I ordered online, and have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt multiple attempts, but I just can’t anymore. Ordered double meat for one of the bowls, and received a concoction of water, veggies, and way too many tomatoes. Like come on. To second that, where the hell is the consistency? Have yall just cut back on what to give your customers? Because for these prices, I’ll just drive my happy self over to Islands and get the best tacos ever. Or of course since the Hampstead location does yall justice, I’ll go there. At least the Hampstead location packs that bowl, while y’all just serve veggie soup!!

So here’s my advice as a Wilmington-Hampstead local - when I’m doubt, go to the Hampstead location or take yourself down to Racine drive for some nice Islands! Either way, you won’t be disappointed and you will get what you paid for, unlike porters neck! :)

Just not my favorite

Veggies were very fresh, food was well-seasoned and generously portioned. Really enjoyed my lunch here.

It's like the majority of burito places with nice beach themes. The chicken tacos were good with the pineapple and cilantro. The only issue was that toco shells and chips were kinda stale tasting. The guacamole was good, but cheese queso was spicy and not my favorite.

Had a great experience here. Strongly recommend it. I'll definitely be back.

They have the very best tacos!! I love 'The Reggae' tacos with chipotle ranch instead of chipotle chili as I can't do too much spice. I also love the tortilla chips and salsa bar.

I haven’t been to a single Burrito Shak in this area that isn’t great - the new Wilmington location included. The staff was great, and the food was delicious.
