Mimosa and music Sunday brunch did not happen, no music, ok mimosa, Bloody Mary did not come with the pictured veggies and pepperoni as also stated on the menu, shrimp and grits were not great. Disappointing meal. Service was distracted I guess, it was busy, but wasn’t the best experience. Made a table for 3 by pushing two 2 tops together pushed up against the side window facing a brick wall which made for odd seating/conversation flow and the waitress leaning over one of us to serve everything, soon many 4 tops opened up, would have rather waited for a 4 top. I guess the good old days are gone!

Fantastic food, drinks, and service. A great brunch experience on our vacation.

The atmosphere is relaxed but due to the big space it can feel cafeteria like, and it can get a little loud when busy. But definitely worth going

My wife and I recently visited the Cameron Art Museum for the first time for our granddaughter's first ballet recital. After the recital we decided on eating dinner at the Cam Cafe. What a great choice it was. We were seated right away and our server was Natalie C. and she was excellent. Very friendly, personable, helpful and just a nice person to have as our waitress. She recommended the Tempura Zuchini as an appetizer and it was excellent. We both enjoyed it. After that we ordered our dinners. My wife ordered the Chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes and green beans. I ordered the Tortellini Basilico. Both were well prepared, very tasty and nice sized portions. For drinks I had a Corona and she had the Borealis White Wine...Both went well with our dinner choices. All in all we both totally enjoyed our dinner at the Cam Cafe and I am sure we will be going back again for another special occasion dinner or their weekend brunch... Well done Cam Cafe...

The cafe is part of the art museum and what a treat it was for our visit. There was a large party of lovely ladies speaking French, a smattering of children visiting with their mothers, and a few other visitors such as ourselves enjoying the lovely fall Wilmington weather and the lunch fare available. You really must go if you are in the Wilmington area. It is a wonderful experience for young and old alike.
