Carrabba's Italian Grill

Usually good but service was terrible this time. We were in there an hour and a half only because of the service. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all.

Took 15 minutes just to deliver the check after we boxed our food. A lady sat right next to us got up and left because no one came and took their order. Food was much lower quality than I’ve had there many times in the past as well.

Usually wouldn’t even leave a review but it was bad.

I just didn't enjoy anything about the place, service left me in a bad mood, price was to high for steak masala, wine did not show up when ordered, best part of the expierience was leaving, and honestly that took some doing as well. Best of luck with your food. You all are going to need it.

The service was terrible. The food was not good. The bathroom was nasty. Carrabba's were once nice, but now it needs to close down.

Tooo much olive oil food had a vinegar taste. Noodles were swimming in olive oil. Orderd alfredo..

Took a lot of time to get our food. It was crowded and busy. We changed our dine in to take out.

Food and service were great but don't go at lunch expecting a lunch menu. $60 for lunch is a bit extreme. I should have researched so it's completely my fault.

The food was decent, atmosphere was a bit stuffy, the service was terrible, never got a refill on our drinks and were very thirsty after eating, but at least the food was decent. If we ever return I hope we get a better waiter.

I rarely leave food reviews but, this particular experience I had to write about . One me and my husband are of color , and again not going to assume it was because we are black but from start to finish the service was just horrible . Sitting for almost ten mins without a greeting, wasn’t greeted with the best attitude. Meanwhile , another man not of color was greeted, IMMEDIATELY. Got his drink and app within seconds and his food . I’m disappointed to say the least.

I'm really bummed, because we used to love going to Carrabbas back in SC. The bread and oil seasoning was as great as we remembered! I think our waitress forgot about us the majority of the time we were there, because our food had obviously been sitting under the warmers for a long time. The cheese on my eggplant parm was no longer melted, and was just a hard piece of cheese. It was the driest eggplant parm I've ever had. There was not even a full tablespoon of marinara on the entire plate. My husband's chicken parm was the same. Dry and not even a tablespoon of marinara. The chicken fettuccine my son ordered had maybe 2oz of chicken and the alfredo sauce was broken. I was so disappointed!

The wait was to be expected, on valentines I was not bothered by that. But finally got searved my nearly $19 meal and honestly… what a joke. I ordered lasagna, this was it. Not even a full square, and not worth the 45 minutes it took to get to my table. I am fully aware of prices rising but this was ridiculous. Our server was wonderful, but overall price and lack of food isnt worth it

First time eating at Carrabba's, I doordashed my meal. I ordered the porkchops with mash & broccoli. It was a nice surprise to see a salad came with the meal.

When it arrived, a small loaf of bread was also with the order which was great! Everything was delicious except for the broccoli. It almost tasted as if it was seared beside seafood. Just tasted very fishy.

Would order again! No broccoli though. 😆

Stopped by yesterday around 4:30pm.The greeter saw me but never acknowledged my presence. He was on his phone & eventually walked off, leaving me standing there. So I seated myself. I waited and waited & waited for my order to be taken from any of the stresses who were just standingaround looking lost. I finally got up & left after 25 minutes of being ignored. I went right across the street to the Olive garden. Not only was I greeted by professional staff, my meal was amazing and served to me in less than 15 minutes. Good riddens Carrabbas. My 3rd and last time dining with you. Not the first issue I've had with you!!

This was a nice presented restaurant Inside all set up. Nice atmosphere and quiet, yet an ambient smooth presence with entertainment and televisions, and people were talking with the mix.
I am not super fond though with the food how they have cut down on the size portions, in contrast to increasing the prices drastically a few times within a short period.

An item was overcooked just a tad bit. Seemed like cooked a little too long, and the taste for it had more salty flavor, but was still good, I enjoyed also eating it.
The waitress was very nice. Got me all I needed. I enjoyed my experience overall, and all of their staff were helpful and took care of my needs.

Coworkers and I got lunch from here the food was 🤮🤢. I will never eat here again. And they left out food from or bag.
