The food was average. Service and ambience were lackluster at best. The strange odor when we walked in gave a bad impression. A smell of dirty bathroom and some kind of cleaning agent. We won't return.

First impression walking into Catch is not of a high end restaurant, but we were warmly greeted, quickly seated, and enjoyed as fine an experience as any in the area. Service sets the stage for a fine meal and we all three rated service a 10. Attentive but not intrusive, fully versed of the menu and preparation and even the (short but enjoyable) wine list. If any server noticed an empty plate, dropped napkin or empty glass it was addressed without asking. Meals were served timely and hot: seared tuna, crab cakes and grouper special each satisfied fairly critical diners. Excellent meals!

Wonderful service, and the food was the best we have had in Wilmington! ' The “dirty” oysters were divine with roasted oysters, Benton bacon, pimento cheese and collards! The soft shell crab, which was a rare special was the best I have ever had. My husband had the strawberry grouper and he was just blown away. Do not be turned off by the exterior of the strip mall they currently reside in, the food and the interior more than make up for the exterior. They will be moving at the first of the year to a new location.

The food was truly delicious. The restaurant is surprising when you pull up. In a strip metal building. But once in, the interior is not bad other than a smell that is damp and unpleasant. Nonetheless the food was so good, I would definitely go back

Upon arriving this little restaurant doesn’t look like much on the outside, but inside is a gorgeous fine dining setting that feels cozy and luxurious. This was one of the best meals I’d ever had in my life. The food was clearly made with care by a chef that knows flavor, texture, and presentation. Our server, Robert, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Next time I find myself in Wilmington I will definitely be dining here again.
I ordered the fried okra appetizer and tempura lobster with broccoli and macaroni. 11/10 recommend!

Don't be fooled by the exterior, this is a fantastic date night spot. Service was fantastic, delicious food, great atmosphere. I cannot recommend this spot enough. Reservation is recommended.
Service and food quality surpassed expectations. Waitstaff was helpful with menu familiarity and very prompt.

Jen was great with the service she provided. She made sure to check up on us often. I had the shrimp and grits and they were just okay, the shallots threw it off for me!! My partner had the crab cakes and he didn’t like them.. unfortunately.

Horrible experience hate to say it felt racist I was told the wait was 20 mins we waited then 30 mins after we waited 1hour and 30 mins we were told we won’t be seated they’re closed like if we were told from the start that we would have not wasted our times like thanks so much for the experience you guys really out did yourself

Had a wonderful experience at Catch! Food was delicious and service was courteous and so kind. My husband loved his salmon! Richard was our server and made sure my steak temperature was just right as I had mentioned being pregnant- made sure I was comfortable and congratulated us. We were well taken care of at Catch!
