Absolutely terrible customer service. Very rude workers. I’m not the person to leave a review but I can not believe how terrible they are when there is not even a line. Why even work in customer service? A true embarrassment for this establishment and really shows the entitlement of some of our younger generations. If I could give no stars for service I would.

I love cava and go there often since they opened in Wilmington and I’m always impressed. The speed of service is great, and the food is consistently delicious. The standout, however, was Carolyn, who provided the best customer service I've experienced there. She was incredibly sweet and attentive, making my experience truly memorable. I recommend Cava for its yummy food and outstanding service, especially thanks to Carolyn!

The service, cleanliness, and all of the staff I have interacted with at this location are great. Yesterday I ordered 2 bowls online and when I entered the store to pick them up, there was literally 20 people in line to order. That being said, the worker handling the pick up line was doing a phenomenal job. It was so busy and none of the staff seemed unfriendly or overwhelmed at all. I wish I got the name of this woman, because she deserves the recognition. If a manager is looking at this, she has dark hair, a short build and was working the lunch rush in Mayfaire on 3/5.

This was my first time eating this type of food. It was the best food I’ve ever had! Easy to choose exactly what you want, and actually eat healthy. Pricing was fair and the restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom. I will be back ASAP to enjoy again!
