Absolutely never coming back. I found hair in my cheese fries, and to top it off as I was eating my sandwich I bit into a rock or something hard which I could not find but now my tooth has been almost knocked out my mouth and is about to fall out. Thank you so very much.

Was told not to try Charley’s from a friend who had a bad experience but I decided to see for myself and now I know better, had a hair in my first bite of cheesy fries, the employee who made hadn’t had her hairs covered so I guess I know where it came from. Staff was friendly tho but I guess they aren’t told to have hair caps. Also no employee discount. Won’t be going back.

Ordered a Large Philly cheesesteak and cheesy fries which tasted good and was served hot. The employees were doing their best to keep up but clearly were under staffed. Long wait for order and at least one employee seemed confused by the orders. Cleanliness is questionable.

Always a good food court option. Good food and good menu options. When I take the whole family to the mall, someone always chooses Charley's, sometimes me too haha
If I could, I would give this place no stars. The customer service is horrible, they do not pay attention. The young girl at the front had an attitude and did not even know where he left line of people was. The food was burnt and dry. They didn’t bother to ask what me and my husband wanted on our sandwiches and instead put tomatoes and pickles on them. My husband is allergic to tomato and they took them off and handed me back the sandwiches. I ended up eating one sandwich and we tossed the rest. They also had really bad attitudes handing us our food and when I told them that I couldnt have tomatoes and pickles on the sandwich. -10/10

I’ve gone there many times with my family and the service was horrible. The people working have bad attitudes, and act as if they cannot speak English. My orders have been messed up many times, but my most recent time was when the druggie took my order. He was definitely a new guy. My boyfriend and I only wanted a regular watermelon-strawberry lemonade and two large fries. He put two large fries on screen. Then put two regular strawberry lemonades. My boyfriend pointed out that they were supposed to be watermelon. So the man removes both strawberries and then also accidentally takes off one of the large fries. We tell him we’re supposed to have another fry, so he adds one. But it’s regular instead of large. I was over it and left it be because my boyfriend and I were standing in line for about 15 minutes prior. Mind you, we waited longer than we should have with only one individual in front of us. The same guy was at the register taking forever with the customer in front of us. After we finally got our order, my boyfriend and I sat down. The food was mediocre, but not too long after we ate..both of our throats felt weird. We were fine all day until we ate there. Too many bad experiences to go back.
