Absolute worst sandwichI've had from any charlie's cheesesteak location. The sandwich had literally maybe five little pieces of meat, and was 97% bread. I could have bought a loaf of bread if I wanted a bread sandwich for an eighth of the cost of this horrible waste of money sandwich

Absolutely never coming back. I found hair in my cheese fries, and to top it off as I was eating my sandwich I bit into a rock or something hard which I could not find but now my tooth has been almost knocked out my mouth and is about to fall out. Thank you so very much.

Was told not to try Charley’s from a friend who had a bad experience but I decided to see for myself and now I know better, had a hair in my first bite of cheesy fries, the employee who made hadn’t had her hairs covered so I guess I know where it came from. Staff was friendly tho but I guess they aren’t told to have hair caps. Also no employee discount. Won’t be going back.

The old school philly i just ordered is by far one of the worst things I've ever eaten.
Ordered a Large Philly cheesesteak and cheesy fries which tasted good and was served hot. The employees were doing their best to keep up but clearly were under staffed. Long wait for order and at least one employee seemed confused by the orders. Cleanliness is questionable.
