Ordered a burger and fries, the burger was terrible, took a bite spit it out, that's not real meat! The fries were okay, won't be eating there ever again

Never order online from Checkers. Placed order online paid online. Two Big Buford’s two shakes fries. Got to Checkers to pick it up. Shake machine not working. Fine give me a refund. Sorry no refunds. Call and work it out myself. Mgr tried to credit on cashiers window screen. Now the original charge including shakes has posted to my credit card. Sent message to Checkers no reply. Will never use Checkers again. Considering that I went there couple times a month @ $20 at a pop that $9 they refused to make good on will cost several thousand in lost revenue over the years. Plus filing fraud charges with CC.
Follow up: Had a cut and paste response to this issue. Actually called the number included. Person answering knew nothing about my complaint, had to explain as if the review never existed. After talking it all down assured me someone would call by last Monday. Nothing Nada Zero Zilch. Going to let CC company fight it out. All this over the cost of two medium shakes.

Our experience with the service was profoundly disappointing. Initially, we were not provided with a receipt, which added to the encounter. The staff member we dealt with engaged in an ongoing argument, stubbornly insisting on her interpretation of what she thought she heard, in stark contrast to our account. We had specifically ordered the "five for five" deal, but what we ultimately received fell drastically short of our expectations. Instead of the promised selection, we ended up paying $9 for just a single burger meal, which was far from what we had requested. This unfortunate mix-up left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, completely tarnishing our meal experience. This is our first-ever encounter with this establishment, we have never been to any checker location before.

Went by about 20 minutes before they closed, and the food was SO hot and fresh. The food was ready really quick and the worker was super polite! Blown away with how good the experience was.

Went here over the weekend for a late-night bite. This was the first time my boyfriend or I had eaten at the restaurant in person (rather than the freezer bags from the grocery store). I ordered a single-patty bacon cheeseburger, and he ordered the Baconzilla.
For me, I was a little disappointed in my burger. I asked for a single-patty because I saw how large the double-patty burgers looked on the menu and knew I wouldn't be able to eat the whole thing. When I opened my burger I knew I made a mistake (but still, my boyfriends burger was HUGE comparatively). Although it truly just tasted like a bacon and cheese sandwich, it was still good for what it was. Just please, learn from my mistakes and don't do that LOL.
Otherwise, everything else was delicious and came out just how we/he liked (the fries and his burger). I definitely wish I would've just gone ahead and ordered the double-patty burger, so I could have at least had a better experience for myself. Lesson learned :')

It was good but got home and not all the food was in bag I had a big order. I tryed calling but number don't work that is listed. So $10 out of the $60 was for nothing. I like checkers but I have no way of getting up with a manager to let them know about the mistake and have my wife pick up the food on the way home because 45 min trip back is not worth it but I guess I won't be returning for a while til they get a number that works. Now I have to cook for one because food wasn't there, everyone else got theres.

I told them how I wanted my food and they repeatedly got it wrong. They don’t answer the phone, they lazy poor attitude place is dirty. The owner need to fire everyone and start over.
