I’m not from around the area but I had to drive 2 hours to Wilmington for an appointment. I searched up nearest restaurants nearby and CheeseSmith was the first on the list. Even after scrolling through the reviews and photos, I was still skeptical. I have been disappointed so many times before from trying new restaurants. But for once, I was not disappointed! Just when I thought I couldn’t love grilled cheese any more, Cheese Smith proved me wrong. Every grilled cheese I’ve tried here has been absolutely delicious—there isn’t a single one I didn’t like. And don’t even get me started on the Parmesan fries—they hit the spot every single time. If you’re a grilled cheese fan, this place is a must-visit!
