Totally unprepared for 12 noon rush. Waited over 30 min to get my order. Older lady was frantically trying to fill bags, while 2 younger ladies stood an watched . Staff was apologetic and nice. Food was hot and alwsys good

Terrible service. All they do is play while you stand in line for forever. Eventually left the line because they were taking so long. The guy in the back was too busy chatting with the girls up front to care. Could use some customer service skills from across the street at the other location.

I waited 20 minutes for 3 kids meals just for me to get told they don’t have mac and cheese and they only had fries?! After that I was outside the mall i look at my bag no chicken nuggets. They didn’t even give me a refund for the fries because mac and cheese is more than fries price wise?! Don’t waste your time there just go to the one across!

We ordered online mobile order, thinking it was the Chic fil-A across the street from the mall. That location instructed us to cancel. However they refused to refund the $ for the order. Horrible customer service. Do not visit the Chic-fil-a at Independence Mall
