Chick fil A at independence Mall is the worst restaurant that I have ever experienced. The staff are very rude. Arie was the rudest teenager that I have ever experienced at a chick fil A. She spoke very ugly to us and was very disrespectful. Had a very bad attitude. Will never support this restaurant again and will let the public know our experience. Shame on you for treating customer so badly. The atmosphere was horrible. Monkeys running around throwing food, pulling each other’s hair, yelling screaming in the food court. Where was security. I never saw security. This mall is getting really dark and disrespectful. Independence mall please clean up your act. You will not be supported by the community allowing bad behavior!

Quite possibly the worst Chic-Fil-A restaurant in Wilmington, NC. No…it is! The food was bearly room temperature, we got two Chic-Fil-A sandwiches. The fries were limp and on the verge of being cold. We took it to go, and ate right when we got in the car. Traveling, otherwise they would have the food back. Never again. Wow!

Me and my mom went up there I ordered a chicken sandwich and a chocolate milkshake. Yet the lady said cookies and cream so I corrected her. My mom ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got charged 0.40 cents to remove the lettuce and tomato. We waited a whole 10 minutes just to receive a cookies and cream milkshake with whip cream and a cherry which I didn’t even ask for. We finally got our food and it wasn’t even that good. The workers didn’t say my pleasure and the most ironic thing was the fact that they didn’t charge me to take off the pickles.

Heaven Tristan, and Janiyah with the epitome of what quick service food restaurants should be the friendly customer service, quick greet with a smile. Has made this my new favorite Chick-fil-A. I would recommend this one to anyone over any of the other Chick-fil-A in Wilmington.

my spicy chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp it was hard to enjoy but you know you gotta do what you gotta if you're a broke high school student. anyways, ladies were mean to me when i asked about frosted coffee... why get mad over that? they took it out on me and humiliated me not only in front of my friends but in front of everyone. when i asked for chick fil a sauce they threw it at my face and told me to go away. 1/10 experience only reason why i put a 1 is because there was a very kind girl that works there and she is very luh calm fitKid-friendliness: they shouted at me and im a kid

the blonde manager that was working day shift today when i came in is literally stronger than the marines. i watched her get cussed at three times in a row over veryyy trivial things. one lady complained about the size of her ice cream cone and then immediately wanted a refund. another lady said she had been waiting 35 minutes, when in reality she had ordered after me and i had been there for maybe five minutes. i just wanted to shout her out because i know how tough it can be, especially when you’re the one running that place.

The service was great and the food was great but the manager was completely unprofessional. She was scolding employees in front of multiple customers for seemingly no reason.
Service workers were rude and unprofessional. We waited for 10 minutes to get our two meal order as we watched everyone behind us get our food. When they finally started with ours she grabbed the nuggets that had been sitting there the whole time. I really overestimated how good I thought this would be.

I recently left a review saying they never refunded me for giving me the wrong nugget, but i renounce my statement. Turns out the refund got lost from my card provider and it took awhile for Cash App to pay me. So overall, The food tasted good, the service was a tad slow but thats to be expected in the mall, and overall a decent Fast Food experience. However now I will be reviewing Cash App's refund policy

Mobile order visibly ready. Stood at counter waiting. While everyone around me is helped. Finally had to ask can I get my mobile order. I said thank you and she replied My Pleasure. My Pleasure yea right. Terrible customer service. Wasn't busy.

$2.99 for a large drink now. It’s the cheapest thing the restaurant sells and over the last 6-8 months, it has increased steadily. Aside from that, mall service is a joke at best. Gone are the days of “my pleasure” and “Welcome”. Well, today was my last purchase at Chick Fil-A. I’m not sure what you are trying to accomplish with the steady increasing prices, but if it’s to have people re-think shopping at an overpriced chicken joint, then you have succeeded.
