Wouldn’t allow our child to use the restroom while we were picking up our order. It was 9:23 and the didn’t close for over a half hour. So they were more concerned with closing up on time than customer service/a patron. “Great” service there.

This one in Wilmington stays extra busy but it's always a smooth transaction. I normally do the mobile order and haven't had any issues with it yet. All items are always in the bag

The prices are extremely high. It was very expensive to be a fast food restaurant. This company is supposed to be godly, but they are taking advantage of the consumer. For one breakfast, it was $15.09. I got the mini chicken 10 piece and a sweet tea....this is ridiculous and unacceptable.

I asked for my grilled sandwich without lettuce and tomato, yet I received them anyways rending the sandwich inedible since I have autism and food sensory issues. Also I asked for two large fries and got one medium fries. This is the fourth or fifth time this place messed up my order. Buyer beware. Full of kids two busy flirting than helping the customer. New girl was unprofessional and said "heyyyy" to us as we arrived at the window while the man training her wouldn't stop flirting with her while my two kids watched. Thanks for nothing.

Order taker was friendly and efficient. Nuggets were cold and hard. Worst we’ve ever received from a Chick-fil-A. We did not receive the number of sauces and utensils requested. Because Chick-fil-A has raised the bar on the fast food experience, this was definitely subpar compared to their other locations. If management wants to solve these quality issues, this occurred around 245pm on a Saturday.

The employees were nothing but kind when resolving a simple issue (we added a bag of ice at the drive thru to a mobile order and then something tech wise went wrong with her iPad and she actively asked other employees to help) we eventually
Got to the drive thru window with it not being resolved and the “director/ manager”came outside to direct drive thru traffic while actively aggressively shouting to the employees everywhere about it being packed up. She was nothing but rude to them and me throughout the process. The director ended up giving us the complete wrong order in the end which was way more expensive ($85.05) then the two items we had made a mobile order for so karma is real. Regardless my daughter never received her grilled kids nuggets and since she is on a medical ketogenic diet for her treatment of her intractable epilepsy, she can only eat the grilled nuggets so after all that drama she didn’t even get food. The “director” was very unprofessional and downright rude. Hope everyone reading this has a great day and remember to not let anything bring you down!
Food and wait was usual Chick-fil-A. The best part is that they have a play area for the kids! Great place for errands, food and play to get the wiggles out.

I’m very disappointed in the service I received tonight. I went through the drive-through to get some food and a holiday gift card. I was told I couldn’t get the gift card in the drive-through, but I could get it at the window. I get to the window and I was told by a manager that I couldn’t get out the window. I had to come in. I had to park my vehicle while my food got cold to stand in line And wait again to purchase the gift card. It was a huge INCONVENIENCE AND MY FOOD WAS COLD BY TIME I GOT BACK TO MY CAR.

TODAY WAS MY 1ST TIME IN THIS LOCATION. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD AT COUNTER WITH MY COBB SALAD. THEN I WENT BACK TO GET COFFEE AND BROWNIE. THE 2 EMPLOYEES WERE SIMPLY AMAZING. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, SO KIND. AS I SAT AT THE TABLE. AFTER 10 MINUTES EVERYTHING CHANGED IMMEDIATLY. I WAS LISTENING TO MY TEACHINGS FROM CHURCH. IT CAME ON A LITTLE LOUD. I TURNED IT DOWN NOT TO INTERRUPT ANYONE. WELL WHEN I TURNED AROUND THE MANAGERS WERE TRAINING THE NEW PEOPLE. THE LADY IN THE GRAY SWEATER GAVE ME THE DIRTIEST LOOK ON HER FACE. I WAS SHOCKED ON HOW SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. HOW ARE YOU GONNA TRAIN PEOPLE FOR YOUR TEAM, AND LOOK HOW YOU ACT IN FRONT OF THEM. THE GUY SAW EVERYTHING, AND HE LOOKED AT ME. I WAS GONNA SAY SOMETHING TO HER. BUT WHY SHOULD I, SHE WAS UNPROFESSIONEL, DISREPECTFUL , UNFRIENDLY, TOWARDS ME. THIS WAS WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN CHICK FILA . I WILL NEVER. I MEAN NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION.
DEFINITELY NOT GOOD FOR THE CHRISTIAN COMPANY.
