3rd time I've made the drive (30+ mins) to this location for my kids to enjoy the inside play area after a rainy day and for the 3rd time they closed the play area before my kids had the opportunity to play.The dining area closes at 9 and play area has been closed prior to 8 during my experiences. I will no longer go to this location and spend $60+ for my kids to leave in tears again.Kid-friendliness: Play area closes before 8 every nightEven if there are kids in the restaurant

Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, I’m actually out of town right now but my dad decided to stop to eat bc me and my siblings were hungry (we just got back from a museum). This was THE BEST chick-fil-a I’ve been to IN MY LIFE. The food was so good I just had to write a review about it, this is actually my first review ever. The fries were perfectly salted and crispy, the sandwich bun was warm and soft and the chicken was light and seasoned well, even the milkshake tasted better than usual, 10/10, everyone was nice and smiling.I’m 14 writing a review so if that doesn’t say something idk what will ??

It is NOT their pleasure to serve you. Cameron explained the operator is not concerned about customers who have frequented this Chick fil A for over 15 years not coming back. I requested to pick up a tray of chicken minis through the drive thru as I have done once a month for over a year. They could not accommodate my request today, stating they NEVER allow this to happen (yet I've been doing it for a year, once a month). It is my pleasure to do take my business to the many other chick fil a stores in this town.
Went this evening… disappointed in the lousy salad with an egg shell in it. Won’t be back. Also I may add there isn’t much manners and respect anymore towards customers there.

I go to this location almost every week for a lunch. Normally it's fantastic, however recently my order is always wrong and today it was my last day to use a free fry reward so i went and scanned my app and said did that take the fry off? I was told absolutely! Then i got my receipt and it did not take the fry off.... i know this seems small but i feel like the service has gone a little down hill at this location recently.
