We got Chicken noodle soup on 1-2-25 about 8:00 pm from your restaurant. We’ve been eating it for years. But tonight it was so much better. It was thicker, tastes so much better and we actually got some chunks of chicken. Don’t know what changed but keep it up.
Service was amazing. They modified a salad for my wife’s food allergy during a dinner time, and brought out refills. The restrooms were immaculate and well stocked
I didn’t order for myself, but my family had wonderful service to celebrate my Son-InLaws birthday. The restaurant has easy access and is close to the mall. The employees are curious and eager to offer service.

The mobile thru is so slow. So much slower than regular ordering.
We love Chick-fil-A but have been so disappointed that they have decided to no longer have the play area for the kiddos. Bring the play areas back, please.

Definitely the best Chick-fil-A in Wilmington by far. They're usually very quick, very professional, and the restaurant is always clean. Only downside is the drive thru line will still back all the way out onto the street, even with the renovated mobile thru line and parking can be difficult when it's very busy.

Oddly, since this location was remodeled they have become less efficient. The folks taking orders are great, but the wheels come off between ordering and receiving the order. Received wrong drinks on two trips and broke a tooth on an overdone chicken strip, most recently. They definitely don't have it all together in the drive through.
