We have a strong preference for the Chick-fil-A restaurants located near Target and outside Independence Mall. However, we have experienced some issues with the service at this particular location. On multiple occasions, we have not received our sauces with our mobile orders, despite reminding the staff about them. Additionally, the quality of the grilled nuggets has been inconsistent, with some being gummy and others being satisfactory. While we have not had any problems with the fried food items, we prefer the grilled options due to dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, the grilled food at this location has been consistently disappointing.

Thank you for all you do! I wanted to share with you that you are a leader in the community. When a young adult applies for a job. You should follow up with a call. At the very least thanking them for coming in even it they aren’t hired. This is where your follow through suffers. Have a great day and thank you!! But the food is incredible.
Chick-fil-A regular chicken sandwiches are just not made or taste how they use to be. Plus not worth what they are charging as well. Just as the Wendy's Single changed, the aforementioned product is only lesser than it used to be. So go get one if your craving it real bad, but it won't be like the first one you had. Depressing...yes, but you can handle the truth, can't you?Hell, Go get ine if you need it, daggone it.

I visited this Chick-fil-A with my family today during the lunch rush. Even with a shocking amount of people inside everything ran quickly and efficiently.
The employee that took our order at the counter was friendly and our food arrived at our table as we were sitting down. So fast!
Now for the reason I’m taking the time to write a review - Sheri. We spoke with her in the restroom (which was perfectly clean) upon arrival and had such a sweet conversation with her.
After we sat down she noticed that something was amiss and immediately took the food that got mixed up and returned with the correct item and a larger quantity than I even ordered. She was so helpful and it was amazing to not have to get up and leave my kiddos at the table to get things fixed.
I noticed her going above and beyond checking in with other guests and tables too. She had a kind word for everyone and is clearly a hard worker, she did not stop the whole time we were there! Which was quite a while.
She and the other staff were absolutely on top of cleaning tables, sweeping floors, vacuuming rugs, and restocking the condiment station as the lunch rush slowed down.
We come through the drive thru here occasionally but our dine in experience today will definitely have us stopping in more. It’s also a super nice bonus how many tables are near the play area to keep an eye on the kiddos.
