Just wanted to give a shout-out to Josiah! Hands down such a kind human and very friendly, and personable … I was on my way to a photoshoot and he gave me a free coffee because my mobile app wasn’t working and I couldn’t add to my order.
We have a strong preference for the Chick-fil-A restaurants located near Target and outside Independence Mall. However, we have experienced some issues with the service at this particular location. On multiple occasions, we have not received our sauces with our mobile orders, despite reminding the staff about them. Good food as usual. Service personnel are good but not all have Chick-fil-A's values in mind. Stopped us from visiting one location. Now we visit less due to extended trip time.
