We were seated immediately with no weight greeted and order taken within minutes. Appetizer was very prompt. We split dinner meal and appetizer and still had portions of both to take home. Football game was on and plenty of TVs to entertain us while we ate.

Ordered a Ribeye with a side salad and mushrooms...they delivered egg rolls!!(No Steak !)All the way to Castle Hayne! Were going to pick up, but delivery was on the agenda. Had to call back and PICK it up myself! It's just a 38th anniversary! Who cares! 😐 Older folks really do like to eat earlier... Your guts will get you later!🦃

Absolutely wonderful experience add the Chili's location in Wilmington North Carolina the food was amazing but the service was top-notch absolutely top-notch the manager came out and talked to us just to see and make sure that everything was okay and I cannot say enough about our server come to find out he was from just a few cities over from me where I grew up in Massachusetts. I'm telling you what everybody needs to go to Chili's have a great meal and a great experience. As a food industry worker as myself I must say everybody needs to go to Chili's in Wilmington North Carolina thank you so much for the hospitality the service and the food. Once again the service it was wonderful!

Normally I enjoy dining at Chili's, but I had to write a review because I was unfortunately sat beside the host stand, my meal was average, but i am more upset that I had to listen to the host continuously say bad things about management. I specifically heard that the manager Chase treats their employees quite poorly and even heard the r word get thrown out!!!!! I do NOT think I can return back to this establishment knowing the treatment of employees by their management!! This is unacceptable in 2025!!!!!! Do better Chilis!!!!!!!

I ordered from here on Uber Eats and they forgot to give me one of my meals. Uber eats refunded me, so I just reordered my missing meal. That one was delivered about an hour after the first and it’s my original meal. With the time stamp from an hour ago. This Chili’s had the audacity to give me the old one that they forgot to pack and I had to repay for. That’s just lazy. It was ice cold when I got it. Do better.

I ordered the 3 for me smash burger, fries, and a side salad. The burger was absolutely delicious. The best burger I've had in a while. I got the citrus balsamic dressing. That was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
