Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a bowl through Uber Eats . The bag and cardboard container were soggy . All of the ingredients were swimming in a liquid (?). Nothing tasted fresh . Ate a few bites and threw it away . Made me sick . Do not recommend!! Also this was my 2nd attempt ordering from them . Same disgusting food !

So I tried Chipotle first time in my life. This would be the one I went to and I was looking very forward to it been seeing commercials for years never stopped to try a Chipotle until this time the other day. I'll start off positive the customer service was impeccable, very helpful, super nice staff, overall 100 out of 100 on the customer service. So atmosphere the story where my food was being taken care of was very unsanitary and kind of cringey. If I hadn't wanted to try this Chipotle so bad I would have definitely not gotten it just based on what I saw on the line as on telling them what I want on my bowl. So that's definitely 50 out of 100. There is enough workers to have someone consistently keeping the place clean. And the food was disappointing, now I look great it really did I watched the guy as I'm waiting in line cooking fresh meat on the grill and it smells great the food looked good smelled good. So I do not know if there's a connection here but I didn't end up going home finishing my food after eating half of it there and shortly after I threw up a few times now I'm not saying it was the food at all. Please, truly understand I'm not saying their food did that to me. But thinking about that unsanitary line where they make your order I kind of have to be suspicious that it was because of that unsanitary which got me thinking how how's the food sitting on that line sanitary if the line is not. You could say yes they're busy it's not that easy to keep it maintained but also could it possibly be that some of that food is along on the overhead has been pushed back into the bins the food is in. Yes I'm being dramatic I know but that's part of the disappointment of wanting to try this place for years and being dissatisfied. Not only that I never go out to eat and then throw up but I did that day. But truly I would go back there and try it again. I never judge a place by the first go-round.

Do not order delivery from here!!! I ordered delivery through the app, which cost $20 extra. Only half of my order was delivered. I tried to call the store and fought a robot for 30 minutes before being transferred to someone who told me to go to the store. Went to the store and my second half was sitting there on the counter. Was told they don’t do refunds on delivery

Most of the bad reviews seem to be for online orders? We came to the store and had pretty generous portions, everyone was polite. I have a gluten allergy and the person at the counter was very helpful and changed their gloves to prepare my meal safely.

I have celiac and asked the girls to change their gloves, the girl at the end of the line rolled her eyes and shook her head, awful service, it’s already hard enough trying to go out to eat with an allergy, will never get my money again.

This location is probably the worst in Wilmington. It's always dirty, staff doesn't care about their jobs and you can tell they do not want to be there. I'm honestly surprised this Chipotle is still open with how consistently poor the service and experience is here.

Don’t get me wrong I’ve come here before and I love the food. But today I loved the view more. There was the most beautiful man on the grill cooking when I came in. He was a brunette with glasses. I literally couldn’t not focus trying to eat my food. If he has a gf good for you girl. 10/10 will be comming back

This is my 2nd time here and the 1st time they got my order wrong and now they gave me someone else’s DoorDash order and I ordered online for pickup. I didn’t check until I got home and live 1hr away

Never seen a chipotle in more disarray. Missing food items several times. I’ve seen containers falling into the food on line. Super sloppy and messy behind the counter.

Asked for the “dressing” (if you know you know) and was told we don’t have it. Why? Because “we didn’t make it today” - it’s 12:30 pm. How’s that possible (also not my first time).

This chipotle is just far below the average place throughout the country.

Portions are terrible here, food is meh.
