The food and service were fine, but it was rather cold inside, mid 60’s I’d guess. (It was a cold rainy day which probably didn’t help). Easily fixable.

Wow, when I went yesterday everything was delicious and as expected during the lunch hour on a Saturday. I was surprised because the location by Whole Foods was really bad quality that I stopped going to chipotle for over a year. I’m so happy it was good here, I’ll definitely be back to try again!

Food was good as always. I miss them having sliced limes to go with my food. I didn’t like that they were cleaning around me while we were eating including mopping the floors, it felt unsanitary and unsafe. Otherwise, it was clean and the food was good.

I gave it a 3star due to location. The cashier wasnt the best,(not friendly ) & attitude)l! The rice was hard and smaller portions than I'm used to from any other locations! This is the worst location that I've ever experienced! It wasn't the cleanest either! Speaking only from my experience on today (Sunday 11/3).

Please corporate if you are seeing this help this location. The food is so terrible. Every time I go I always think it will be better and it’s not. I just got it again tonight and it’s the worst it’s ever been. I love chipotle so much and other locations are great. I’m not sure what’s happening at this location but for the past year it’s been terrible every time. Please help fix it bc I love chipotle

Ordered online to make sure I’d have enough time on my lunch break to eat. They said someone took off with it when I got there. Then remade my food. I ordered double protein, didn’t get it but was charged for it. I ordered guacamole on my burrito, was charged for it but didn’t get it. I will be going to islands from now on.

By far the preferred Chipotle in the greater Wilmington area. This location was incredibly clean and the staff were nice, enthusiastic and extremely polite. The food was prepared fresh and the ingredients were all equally fresh. The entire condiment and drink bar was clean and fully stocked. Definitely will be returning the next time I’m in the mood for Chipotle.

Chipolte is way too expensive to be giving the carryout service I continue to get from them. The 2nd to last time I ordered "throught the app, for delivery" they forgot to put salsa in my burrito and my burrito was so small compared to my buddies (same order) I ordered yesterday (most recent, through the app for pick up) and I was missing the faijita veggies in my burrito. If this is the service at all the Chipoltes, shame on them.
