Just left there and got a half, of a half scoop of rice. smallest amount i’ve ever received for ten bucks. never again tho. i’ll continue to go but best believe i’ll make sure this shit don’t happen again. It was some black curly hair child, paid ten bucks for 1/5 of my normal order.

I ordered a steak burrito bowl off DoorDash and my order had beans missing and sour cream . There was barely any meat . Very disappointed with this location .

BEWARE! Someone that works here is stealing card information & racking up charges!!! They stole my husbands card info from an online order & spent over $500

Restaurant dirty, all tables inside and out had food left on them, no toilet tissue in women's or men's restrooms, no paper towels in men's restrooms/ food was ok but definitely not worth cost, out of ice, food nothing like commercials, employees acted clueless

I would recommend NOT ordering delivery from this location. We have had multiple instances now of ordering food for delivery, having part of the order arrive, and driving across town to recieve the rest of it. I suppose it's my fault for assuming an accident wouldn't continue to happen, but whatever. The folks at the store claim they are unable to do anything by way of refunding delivery fees, and that we need to contact doordash. Once you go on a treasure hunt to figure out how to complain to doordash, they say you must contact the store. Since the issue is the store failing to hand something to a driver, I'm inclined to agree with doordash on that one. To top it off, you can't contact a human at Chipotle unless you yell at a robot for 30 minutes. That human then tells you to go to the store. Food's great, just never order it for delivery, or expect any customer service solutions once they take your money.

I went to this location and asked about allergen information as I have an allergy to an item in the salsa and wanted to confirm that item wasn't in the marinade for the meats. I was met with confusion and several employees laughing and snickering to each other as one worker scrambled to find the information for me. It made me feel awful being giggled about and in front of about an allergy that I have. I didn’t feel comfortable asking for further information and felt very uncomfortable with the situation all around.

This location is always skimping on their portions for bowls, on literally every ingredient. And when you ask for more you get a stanky look. Thats why its never busy in there.

You’re better off going to the other Chipotle off Oleander. They stuff their bowls and its always packed in there for this very reason. Its a short drive away and totally worth it.

Very busy but the line moved quickly. Everything was fresh. It reminded me of the glory days of Chipotle some 20 years ago. I wish they were all still this good.

The cashier, Mary, was very rude to my girlfriend while we were in line and we have noticed it’s a consistent problem with her specifically. If you aren’t capable of treating people with respect, you should move her to an area of the restaurant where she doesn’t interact with customers.
