We had an online delivery, A boy called us saying since we were 20 mins away he needed to know how much we were going to tip to make sure it was going to be worth it, the phone call was so inappropriate! He then lied and said he was the manger, come to find out he was the driver! The “real” manger (I’m guessing) was not sympathetic and then while we were on the phone process to place me on hold to answer another call! Never will go there again!
