I just moved to the area, so this was my first time coming here. When I walked in, everything looked very clean the building was very nice, and as I made my way up to the counter I did order a customized salad, and after I picked my lettuce type, I noticed all the toppings which were a lot, but I did not see any kind of names for any of the toppings, so I was very unsure as to what a lot of the stuff was and I did inform the lady that I was new here and I’ve never been here and she just proceeded to give me kind of a nasty look so I was very uncomfortable and overwhelmed because I couldn’t tell what a lot of stuff was. Once I got all the ingredients and that I could recognize the person that shuffled my salad around, kept giving me a nasty look. Other than the service, the salad was great and there were lots of options if you know them all!

Everything was wonderful here, but I will say that I felt like I got gluten or grain somehow, which means there was gluten or grain in something that wasn't labeled correctly. Other then that, the food was wonderful. If you have an actual allergy to gluten or grain, my suggestion is that you ask them if they have a list of seasoning and fillers they put in their meats and cauliflower. Also, make sure they change their gloves and explain it's an allergy. You could forgo the meat and have it all vegan if they're not sure what's added as a filler.Vegetarian options: They can make their salads the way you want. It does get pricey though when you add more things.Dietary restrictions: They have things labeled, but I still felt like I got gluten. So check on what the fillers and spices are.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly

Who doesn't like Chopt? If you don't like something it's really your fault because you can get any salad you want, the way you want it, and when you want it.
Awesome portion sizes for the price. Most of the menu items can be modified to meet dietary needs or allergy’s! I typically get the Chinese chicken warm bowl but I did try one of the seasonal items this time (blissful harvest bowl I think). Soooo GOOD. Service is always friendly & prompt. I’ve never had a negative experience here. I usually am able to make my salad last for two meals which is so nice for the price you pay.Dietary restrictions: Can modify most of the menu items to meet needs. Example I have an almond allergy so I asked for no almonds & they even let me substitute it with something else!
Chopt’s spicy salad/bowl offerings are a bright spot in my fast casual dining options. After Covid my sense of taste has been dulled but Chopt’s spicy options make it interesting with the flavor bombs of unique pickledvegetables and spicier dressing choices.

Food is tasty, but nothing special considering the price. I was shocked at how much it was. Despite the name of the restaurant, the salad could’ve been chopped up more. I had mine in a wrap, which I definitely recommend. The atmosphere is cute and the restaurant itself is very clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I do wish there were more affordable options, as a wrap and a drink should not be $18-20.

Service was good but I’m new to salad places and ordered the Mexican tinga and was told if I wanted brown rice or Cali flower rice… I said cali flower rice and they charged me extra $2!! All I’m saying is they should let their customers know if it’s an extra charge and they didn’t!! $16 for a salad when no additional charge was self aware. New people need to know if any additional charges will be made instead of being left in guilt.
