I have always been impressed with their food However, the last couple times I’ve gone into the store whether it be as a customer or Doordash the counter, staff seems to have some pretty nasty attitudes. Y’all as a whole don’t want to do Doordash then remove yourself from the option there is no reason to ignore the DoorDash delivery drivers. Have them wait 10 minutes while you ignore them and then let them know. It’s gonna be another 15 minutes for their order to be ready. We are just out here trying to make money just like you are.

Ordered a 3 piece meal, only got 2 pieces and the bottom of my mac n cheese container was damaged and broke open when i picked it up. Decent food but I get nothing but poor experiences when I go to this location

Expected the app to offer the best price & deals. Only to find what I ordered advertised for much less in store. The mgr says instore deals can be better than the app. Seems backwards to me. Paid $28 on the app...$22 in store

Ordered 2 chicken thighs but got 1 chicken thigh and 1 chicken leg. Ordered BBQ sauce but got only ketchup. Ordered spicy chicken but got normal chicken. The staff didn't care at all. I felt very bad.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I purchased a five dollar meal special. The chicken breast and biscuit were perfect. The up charge for that little bit of spicy rice concoction was definitely not worth it. The service was great. The rice brought it down to a 4 star rating.

Church's Texas Chicken in Wilmington, NC, is hands-down my favorite spot for fried chicken! The chicken and tenders are always perfectly crispy and juicy, and the jalapeno cheese bombers are seriously bussin! Their mac and cheese hits the spot, and those biscuits? Easily the best I’ve ever had – buttery, soft, and just the right amount of sweetness. The staff here is always super friendly, making every visit a great experience. I’ve never had a single bad meal. Highly recommend if you’re craving some top-notch fried chicken!
