Since the store has rebranded itself with different colors I think they have stepped up their food and for the past couple of times that I've been there the food has been amazing.

Is a long time customer of this establishment I'm very disappointed at the quality of service that has came about of late now don't get me wrong the quality of food is still tasteful but if they make a mistake they might as well put your hands on the counter and pat you down if they forget something I know everything is going up but the quantity is my issue 399 plus tax for 6 shrimp and a biscuit Plus can't even go in and sit down to enjoy your meal lot of people can't eat and drive at the same time so by the time you get where you're going your foolds going to be cold
Recently had a pleasant experience with the manager her professionalism speak volumes she is a tremendous Leader and this Wilmington, NC location should be thankful and grateful to have such an amazing individual managing this location great work ! She resolved my wife’s concern outstandingly.

The food was fresh and hot! I came 30 min before closing, and the manager understood that I had driven quite a ways there. The food was packed with pure joy and gratitude for such a large order. I don't know how you will be treated by any night crew but this one was A1. Hats off to the staff!!
Under renovation parking is limited due to construction I'm sure it will rate better after

My brother is in hospital fighting cancer. He wanted Church's chicken. I used doordash and the dasher did not deliver the food.Spoke with Manager Paco and had it sent to my brother!My brother was so happy and said the food was wonderful!
