I’ve finally stop by this Food Truck for the first time. I’ve wanted to try out some Puerto Rican Food & tried the Tripleta Sandwich & the Papas Locas. It tasted great. As you can tell, the Food was loaded, & I was beyond stuffed. The People working on the Food Truck were very friendly. I’m looking forward to trying out more Food in the future. It’s great to have another Latin Food option here in Wilmington. If you want to try some Puerto Rican Food in Wilmington, come out & support this Food Truck. It was a great experience all around. Awful. Purports to be a great place for true Puerto Rican food. It's a place that isn't even in Wilmington but is in Hempstead! Drove a hr to Wilmington and then another 25 minutes. It's a hole in the wall. Don't go there. Wilmricans is a food truck sitting outside a tiny Cafe place. Menu is nowhere near what is shown online. Water 3 hrs of my life going there!

I had the Cubano and an empanada. They were both excellent! I do wish the empanada had a little spice, either in the mix or in the sauce. The Cubano was great! Best I have since I was in Key West. Highly recommend :)
