Ordered from Cinnaholic through DoorDash and had a really bad experience. My bag showed up unsealed, even though the store says they always seal their bags. When I opened it, the rolls inside were literally open and the container wasn’t even closed all the way. I called the store to ask about it, and the girl on the phone just went silent. No apology, no “let me check,” nothing. All she said was that they “do seal their bags,” which just made the whole thing even more frustrating. I ended up throwing everything away because I didn’t feel safe eating it, so it was basically money straight in the trash. Really disappointed, especially with the lack of care and response when I tried to bring it up. Also this will probably not make a difference given the owner only responds to 5 star reviews….
*replying to the owner* , the bag was never sealed ! Even when the dasher picked up the order the bag was never sealed when he took a picture during pickup . And that’s from the DoorDash picture from my front door when he dropped off the order not sure what y'all use to seal the bags but it was never sealed i would have noticed if he peel a sticker off or removed staples I would have noticed. And I’ve called DoorDash and was told to contact ya’ll.

Very very small space with a huge taste. Cinnamon Rolls like you would not believe! There are so many varieties, it would take you quite a long time to try every flavor they have.

I’ve been here a few times and the quality is really hit or miss. The first time, my cinnamon roll was raw in the middle. They gave me a free coupon, which I appreciated, but when I went back, the roll was cold and hard. Even though it was in the warmer? I’ve had a good one before, but overall it’s been too inconsistent. Probably won’t be back.

If you love cinnamon buns—this place is a must! I had the bananas foster, which was phenomenal, and my friend had the Biscoff —I took a picture of the two (one topped with strawberries), as they are seasonal. So get them while you can.
I highly recommend having lunch & heading over here for dessert. I sampled a bit of my friend’s Biscoff and oh my goodness! I wish they had at least one table inside, in the corner—it would be nice as it is sometimes too hot to eat outside & they only had one table right outside. Please add more seating because these treats are delish! You’ll get more business for sure!

The space is small and leads to stepping on others easily, but nice otherwise. My husband and I placed our order and when we got home we realized the girl ignored my half of the order completely, charging us for it but never actually made it. I didn't eat any of it heated but it (cookie monster, biscoff, and the snickeddoodle cookie)was great room temperature anyways! My husband did not like the heated version of the classic and he's a MAJOR Cinnaholic lol.

Kind of a small place but excellent cinnamon rolls and treats. I enjoyed the classic cinnamon roll which wasn't as fresh as I was hoping but still exceptionally delicious and my daughter-in-law enjoyed a cookie dough ball with frosting and topping. The service was a bit underwhelming but decent. Will come again

Visited yesterday, 5/3, and the whole experience was off. Like my husband and I were burdening them. It was tense and I know that’s so weird to use to describe this but seriously. You’ve would’ve thought we cussed out those young ladies out and read them for filth lol. My husband is never one to comment on things like this but immediately when we left he said this. This was our first time here and let me tell you, I was so excited. I talked about this ALL WEEK however when we walk in, I say “hi, how are you” and we were just shot weird looks. No greeting, nothing.
The first time here, it’s a bit overwhelming because there’s so much and so many combinations you can choose from so we were just trying to figure everything out. Silence and weird stares. After about a minute or so, I just simply say “sorry, this is our first time here so we’re taking everything in”. The cashier just says well if we can help let us know and just weird stares after.
Because of this tense environment and silence, I just quickly picked something to get out of there and didn’t really look over the full menu in its entirety. I got the cookie monster and my husband got the Apple Caramel I believe (which let me say, they’re both great). While they were both amazing, after this experience alone, I don’t think we will be returning, which is so disappointing because I really wanted to try this place and loved the cinnamon rolls here.
We didn’t let the experience ruin our day but it’s like damn, say something other than let us know if we can help and here’s your roll. We told them to have a great day and still…blank stares and weird silence. If this is usually how staff treats their customers, please have a chat with your team and fix it. I promise you, it would probably turn a lot of your bad reviews into positives but sadly I don’t believe I can get my husband to come back to this place with me to see if maybe it was just a one off or if it’s usually like this.
