Several of the clerks walked past us while I was waking at the counter, never acknowledged us. After about 15 minutes, When they finally acknowledged I asked for at least our smoothie and coffee. I did explore that two more people came in behind us , ordered , ate and have left. Been here for over an hour and still have not received anything. We are sill waiting. Didn’t write the food cause we still haven’t got it yet. Had even left a very large tip before leaving counter. They finally located our food (cold at this point) coffee smoothie were ok. Did get refund and was able to speak with the manager. Won’t be stopping here again.

The food is good, I love this chain, the food they offer at this place is so good, while I enjoyed my meal there are some negatives to this location, but before I say that, they maybe not had I not been at the fayetteville location, the staff wasn't rude at all but they didn't make you feel welcome, the restaurant is very noisy, and the food portions were smaller than I've seen, they don't offer as much as other locations however they are a smaller location, I know it sounds like I'm beating them up, I promise you I'd go back, but I believe these reviews should be clear, and I believe as close as possible any location you go to should be a close comparison and I don't think the 2 locations match each other, I believe the customer service at this location could step up a good bit but still a wonderful place to go and the food is so good

We weren't quite sure how to completely order everything we wanted, and I called Celeste at cleaneatz and she did an awesome job of trying to assist us and we went to the business at my request. Upon entering Celeste greeted us very courteous and professional. She assisted us with getting our order completed. She was very patient and helpful. I go to clean eatz almost every day. I absolutely love the food and service. Only giving 4 stars because today I ordered my usual order (Buffalo chicken wrap, and a bowl), instead I received 3 items that I did not even order. Hopefully someone from the business will reach out.
