I never thought that I would find a healthy food spot locally that was delicious, but this place did it for me. It made me so excited because they have meal prep as well. It was so good that I bought a shirt and hat as well ☺️

This is a review about corporate.
Since October ‘24 been using clean Eatz cafes and online ordering. Since that time they have released 3 different apps. It took me 6+ months to finally use my points to get a discount on my order. Corporate told me the point were only valid in cafes and vice versa.
The app all of a sudden doesn’t recognize my address as a delivery address, which before was no issue at all. Customer service throws the phone on the hook when you call. When you try again the phone is not being answered. When you try a 3rd time, you get an automated message requesting to leave a voicemail. You then get disconnected because you can’t leave a voicemail (they never listen to their voicemail box).
How am I going to put in my order? Olivia Sutton from Customer Service was absolutely of no help per email and I have not, to this day been able to put in my order. Scandalous!

I’m loving the southwest bison wrap with sweet fries. The apple slices and special dipping sauce was amazing. Store is super clean and staff is so nice! New favorite spot! Next time I’m shopping for some of the meal prep items they have.

Came in to Clean Eatz for the first time today. Had been wanting to try it for a while, and finally got the chance. I was greeted immediately upon walking in. Jeremy was really helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions, even some before I asked some. I felt welcomed from the second I walked in. Jeremy and I were able to chat for a moment and his story of why he wanted to work at Clean Eatz in the first place was inspiring. You don’t find employees like this anymore. Clean Eatz is lucky to have him and he would make a good addition to whatever marketing team you all might have. Thanks for all of the help, today Jeremy. I will definitely continue coming to Clean Eatz based on today’s experience.

The menu isn’t all appetizing. I’d say 60% good 40% not very good. If you want to eat healthy you can power through it but ultimately it’s not the greatest.

I found the establishment to be exceptionally well-kept, clean, and organized. The freezer section is neatly arranged with clearly labeled items, making it easy to locate extra protein options, breakfast options, Snack options, and more. The clothing and other purchasable items are also well-organized and easy to find.
Regarding customer service, the majority of the staff are friendly and greet customers warmly. However, there are a few employees who seem less knowledgeable about certain processes, leading to occasional miscommunication.
The food quality is excellent, with great taste across a variety of items. While there may be some dishes that don’t suit everyone’s preference, the menu offers a range of new and delightful options to try.
Overall, it’s a well-maintained place with a pleasant atmosphere and high-quality offerings.

The bug exterminator person came while my food was being prepared in the kitchen and he was spraying like it was water, spraying not only floors boards but around the tops of the sink and counters. Additionally there was a rather muscle bound man walking around in the kitchen just grabbing food and eating it. Between seeing both disgusting exposures to potential contaminate I had to cancel my order and leave. I cannot unsee what I saw and now my husband and I will not return.
