Love the vibes of this place and the pizza is really good. However, we ordered two boxes of pizza and only ate 4 slices total. The waitress then came up to our table and asked if we were done with our plates and we told her yes. Not only did she take the plates, but she took the two full boxes of pizza and walked off with it without asking us if we wanted to save it. You could clearly tell by the weight that there was a lot of pizza left in the box. Never in my life have I had a waitress just take food in a box off of the table. We spent over $40 on both pizzas as well. Terrible service!!!! Will not be coming back for food after this.

It on the top of the embassy suites. If you park in the garage you have to get to the ground floor of the hotel and take the elevator to the right in the elevator bank. There’s like 5 elevators and they all go to very specific places. It’s quite confusing.
The view is perfect with 360 views and the perfect place to be for a sunset. Great seating options with tables for small or large groups.
Our server Lindsey was the WORST! She forgot our drink order and came back and asked what we wanted again. No big deal.
Then We added food. His food came out. Mine never ever came out even though she came back and asked me if I wanted to add pepperoni. I never saw my food. So he ate and I had nothing. A good server checks. She never came back.
It was a Monday night so not terribly busy. No excuse. I finally just went to the bar and closed my tab out.
If you can’t remember orders maybe get a note pad. If you aren’t a people person then don’t be a server. Having a bad day? No worries. Everyone has an off night but when no explanation is given that is very poor service.
Lots of potential to be a great place but service killed it. Didn’t go back even though I stayed here for 4 days.

The view was awesome! The menu was relatively inexpensive and everything tasted great. The service, however, left a lot to be desired. We seated ourselves, which was no problem, and initially were well tended to. We got a cheese board and two drinks between my partner and I to start and were served quickly. It was after that where things began to fall apart. Once we were about halfway through the cheeseboard we agreed to go for more drinks, but for the next ~20 min., we hadn’t had a single server visit us. We waited a little longer until it got to the point where I decided to go up to our server who was on their phone by the bar! Albeit she was more than happy to take my order and we had more drinks in no time, you shouldn’t, as service staff, be as neglectful as they were towards customers. To be distracted by your phone within plain view of everyone in the restaurant WHILE having a table to serve is unacceptable. That’s not to say our server didn’t treat us with the utmost respect and kindness the entire time, but it almost seemed like all that was overshadowed by the inadequate service we had experienced. We agreed we’d be willing to give this place another shot at some point, but this first experience wasn’t what I hoped it’d be.

The view is great! Unfortunately, all of our drinks were bad… maybe the tuesday bartender was new. It’s hard to mess up a margarita, paloma, aperol spritz, and one of the bars special cocktails… I’ll come back for sure! Holding hope for the drinks then!

The drinks sucked and the vibe was off putting. The staff was way too busy to be paying attention to how to make a proper cocktail. It was extremely loud and not very clean. Definitely overpriced. Will not be returning.
