The drinks sucked and the vibe was off putting. The staff was way too busy to be paying attention to how to make a proper cocktail. It was extremely loud and not very clean. Definitely overpriced. Will not be returning.

Everything about this place is awesome. This is sunset heaven. Sitting at the bar or in a comfy chair, sipping a cocktail and munching on a wide choice of appetizers while watching the last light show of the day, it's the best. Good menu, lots of beers and a full bar. You're missing out if you don't go.
2 drinks cost $53... not sure why! Espresso Martinis, extra cream. Bartenders were more concerned with closing than being attentive to patrons.

The views from Cloud 9 are astonishingly beautiful, the best I've ever seen of Wilmington. The drinks are a little expensive, but worth it for the experience. They also have had live music once when I was there which was cool.

Food was horrible especially the pizza, it was doughy in the middle. It also took a long time to get it. Scenery was nice but it couldn’t make up for the bad food.
