Seems like you have to be there when certain people are working, otherwise they can't even Extra Toast a bagel...you give it back and they still can't put the Bagel through the toaster again.
I get bagels here decently often and they’re usually pretty good about getting the order right… Usually… I got 2 CC bagels and 2 sandwhich bagels. Wrong cheese, wrong sauce, and the amount of CC was insulting. Y’all are better than this Coastal.

2nd time bagel was not as soft and barely, barely any cream cheese. And they got my order wrong. Plain bagel with veggie cream cheese, came out as plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Since I got it to go, it couldn't have it fixed, I had somewhere I needed to be.
