Cold stone doesn't disappoint. However, the ice cream options are a bit lacking. Very little in the chocolate range, but of course, that's my favorite flavor. Overall it's just fine.

I had to pick up and when I Ron had told me that they were working on the order but they weren’t. It wasn’t until Victoria asked me what order I was waiting on to help me immediately she is phenomenal worker and put in a lot of effort is such a blessing Way to go Victoria thank you so much

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! absolutely horrible service. We went there twice and the staff was absolutely horrible to us my husband is allergic to dairy and we asked if there was any non dairy options which there was last time and these girls rolled their eyes and were very rude to us so we left and that followed with them mocking us and making rude faces as we left

I absolutely loved this place.The ice cream was wonderful,the prices were reasonable and the staff was excellent.The manager was very friendly and made sure the customers were satisfied. And the store was very clean,unlike other ice cream shops I've seen in Wilmington.If your looking for some good ice cream this is the place to go

Some guy with a red beard was working behind the counter and absolutely reeked of weed and was very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
