The best ice cream in the world!
Best place to eat ice cream!!!
The attitude these young girls have that work in this place is just absolutely disgusting. No greeting from the time we walked in, the blonde was rolling her eyes. As my ice cream was made it was slammed on the counter top and was stated there you go I asked for a small, she way over filled the cup, it was dripping down the sides before walking out the door. If you simply hate your job that much, just quit. No one wants to go places with customer service this sorry. And from reading other reviews obviously it’s an on going thing and management of the store doesn’t do anything about it.
The ice cream was already melting before we even walked out of the store. We gave our order assuming, like most creameries, that it would be served in a cone unless a cup was requested. Instead, the employee handed it to us in a cup without asking. Customer service was nothing to brag about, which made the experience even more disappointing.
Me and my friend went to try the new ice cream taco, I was so happy too as I’ve never had cold stone before. When we walked in from the start the employees were rude, they kept rolling their eyes at the customers and had no customer service. I will not be coming back and will make sure too tell everyone else !
As someone who has been ServSafe certified, I am beyond disgusted by my experience at this particular Cold Stone Creamery location. I placed my order with a man and he immediately started making my order. As he was preparing my order, I looked down at his hands and realized he had a dingy gross looking bandaid wrapped around his finger. Anyone who actually knows food service regulations knows that is a major health and safety concern as it could contaminate the food. On top of that, he didn’t have any gloves covering the bandaid so it could have easily fallen off into my ice cream or touched it. He also had long nails, which in my opinion is unsanitary when working in the food service industry without gloves. He was also chewing gum directly over my ice cream while he was preparing it. I didn’t say anything to him because it’s not my responsibility, it is his manager’s responsibility to know ServSafe regulations and act/construct their team accordingly. Obviously everyone is just trying to make it through the work day, so I didn’t want to embarrass him or ruin his day. But the whole time I couldn’t help but stand there and examine everything that was going wrong.
Three young staff members behind the counter, none of them greeted our party, behaved as if we were bothering them by asking for a sample, not one smile from anyone. My daughter ordered the like it size, the young lady made a love it size. I asked the young man for the Resees peanut butter creation that was listed on the board of hat was on an easel. It was made with the sweet cream. He kept insisting that I meant the peanut butter perfection. I gave in and just said, “sure, I’ll take that one” it was not chopped at all and I ended up throwing it out. There were whole Resse cups in my like it size. This type of service happens when it is allowed by management. Will not return to this location.
WAY too expensive. $8.5 for a single cone 👀 Then they take perfectly good ice cream and practically melt it on the counter and pour the slop into a cone. GROSS 🤮 AVOID
Busy, the ice cream was awesome. The staff was great.
Went for the ice-cream tacos and they did not disappoint!!! They were amazing and so was the staff!!

I cane into coldstone on tuesday night and this girl with glasses made my ice cream my daughter got the same kind as me and she thought it was great but mine WAS GROSS it tasted like dirt. it was so disappointing. my husband even thought it was disappointing and gross but he liked the one he got. And when i went to go throw it away this girl said can you please throw it away in the outside trash can so it doesn’t melt in the trash. i didn’t listen and threw it away in the trash can anyways. than she took it out and threw it out in the outside one which I THOUGHT WAS REALLY RUDE of her to do. and than i came back in and i asked if i could have a refund and they told me that i would have to come back in the next day and call about it and than the girl that threw away my ice cream asked me how she had an attitude and I just said OK because i’m not dealing with a little child. i also wanted my receipt back because they had taken the other one and the girl with red a
hair and the one that made my ice cream where super rude and rolling there eyes like they had a problem. so unbelievably rude and annoying will not be coming back any time soon
I ordered DoorDash and I found two hairs in my peanut butter perfection very disappointed, and very disgusted. That’s gross. Those young ladies in there or men needs to put their hair up or wear a hair net because that’s gross. Hair looks blonde maybe ginger, regardless a 2 light colored hairs
WORST cold stone ever. Melted ice cream and never have any flavors that you actually want.

My family visited this ice cream shop, where my wife and son who are not 100% fluent in English, was met with rudeness by the server due to difficulties with pronunciation. The server also treated my children poorly. To resolve the issue, I had to use FaceTime to place the order, as the staff refused to engage with us. This level of service was disappointing, particularly given my affinity for this establishment. It is worth noting that my wife has never experienced such treatment at any other business. The staff's behavior suggests potential biases against foreigners. Nevertheless, it is crucial for staff interacting with customers to demonstrate respect, regardless of their background. The success of businesses relies on customer satisfaction. Although I was inclined to give a zero-star rating, I opted for one star in recognition of the ice cream's quality. It may be beneficial for the staff to reassess their approach to serving diverse customers.
