Every-time I’ve gone here they have some how been able to mess up each order me and my friends have put in. On top of horrible customer service. If you are DESPERATE for late night food goto taco-bell at least you won’t get bad attitude from someone in customer service. Good luck y’all in your late night

I've been to a few different Cook-outs across the state & they all are about the same. It's a fast food joint. But it's alot better of a fast food joint. Food quality & quantity is so much better than your McDonald's per say. You get a good amount of food for your dollar. I will say the milk shakes are the greatest ever!

It was a bit of a wait in the drive thru but it was worth the wait. Items are responsibly priced. Our food was hot and delicious. They have a little bit of everything you could want from a fast-food restaurant.
Customer service was awful today I’m a creature of habit I always get the same thing every order Today I ordered a barbecue tray with two sides and requested that the slaw not be put on my sandwich but to the side. The girl at the window has a attitude, because I asked for my side and she said I already had it … I did not have my side of slaw I asked for onions rings and slaw for the two sides . The manager came to the window with attitude as well very displeased with the customer service today…
