I'm here from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania I heard great things about the cookout however when I got my coleslaw, it was not a portion it was a dab! I deserve a refund for the whole meal. I love cold saw too bad I can't say that

I am not one to complain about customer service because having worked these jobs, I get how hard it is. But there is one cashier who is consistently extremely rude every time I go. I don’t deserve to be yelled at or glared at just for ordering. It’s so aggressive for no reason.

The tall guy who was wearing a yellow shirt and glasses (Byron) was extremely rude and kept complaining. When asked how he was, (trying to be nice) he just complained about wanting to go home and when other people walked in he kept mumbling stuff under his breath annoyed he had to take more orders when it’s his job. He kept rolling his eyes and just saying “next” when it was time to take the next persons order.

I ate lunch inside. I was greeted with "If you sit in the back, please notice we have a water issue. " They had water on the floor that was seeping in from the outside enclosed dine in area. I guess they have a leak somewhere? I had no problem getting my food. My double burger was good, but it was extremely messy, dripping with slaw juice, and the bread was falling off on certain areas. I got "Cook Out Style" with no onions. The ketchup basket was DISGUSTING. The packs of ketchup were covered with a sticky substance. I had to wash my hands AGAIN after squeezing my packs out.

I understand that the worker at the counter is overworked, but they still walked away in the middle of our order to fix something at the drink station and then spent another 5 minutes walking back and forth with orders. Went up the road to the other

Good burgers, excellent prices, very good seasoning.
This place sucks. Rude customer service. First visit and last. My husband order the big burger. He complained about how small it was. I ordered the cheddar burger. I found a piece of lint on it. I took it up to the counter and the woman said it looked like a piece of jalapeño. I said it’s blue and it’s lint. I said I didn’t want another one. She did not offer money back. I could hear the employees in the back talking crap. I went back up to counter to get my money back. She told me that it came from my husband’s jacket because nobody in the back was wearing blue. I told her that it’s not the same color blue and he was nowhere near my hamburger and that maybe they should clean the place. I mean who argues wth the customer. That place should be shut down.
