Everytime I ask for the Huge burger they do not give it to me. They give me a regular cheeseburger. Please, management, teach your team what the Huge burger is so that I can finally get what is on the Menu. 3 times in a row isn’t a mistake.

Both UNCW locations Taco Roo's most recently Mar 13,2024 10:33 PM order 1425,and Cookout drive through FEB 25,2024 7:22 PM order 1244.Tired of giving my order in a clear and reasonable manner in your drive through's only to receive my order exactly as I asked for it not to come. No lettuce means no lettuce I understand mistakes happen but this happens more often than not the wait times are bad enough as it is 0 stars!!!

Customer service was excellent. Long wait was rewarded with both kindness and generosity. This location knows how to take care of their customers, unlike the one just South of this Cook Out, who will try to fight you just for bothering them by giving them business.

Slow. Don’t even give you all your food. Have to remind them to put Cajun. And look at these half burger patties!!! That is not a ‘big’ double burger. I want my money back. If I wasn’t in rush I’d turn around.

Typical fast food joint near a college campus. One of the employees ran across the dining room and slammed the door, I was concerned at first. Chicken tenders were yummy! A good cheap snack after a UNCW game!

Absolutely the most disgusting food I’ve ever had. I ordered a burger and the patties were tiny, burnt, and smushed. I asked for no onions (twice) and they still put this massive pile of soggy, smelly, and wet onions on it that rivaled Lizzo standing on Mt. Kilimanjaro in July. The bun had completely sweat through from all the nasty onion juice like Biden when the Epstein client list came out. The bacon was completely raw. Honestly, just typing this makes me wanna throw up.

Ordered a Double Burger, first came out a single then got my double which was a patty and a half. The full patty was so embarrassing. Maybe 1/8 thick and 3 inches wide. They should be ashamed of themselves. I understand cutting cost but this was shameful. Guy behind the counter was a nice
