I normally don't give this kind of review but I ordered 8 Pizzas for my Son's Birthday and when my Father went to the Food Court to go supposedly pick up the order was never ever made. We've been here in Wilmington,NC from South Florida and I can honestly say that with this very unfortunate experience I can now rate and review tbat Costco Wilmington Division Food Court gets 0 rating and 1 star from me ...South Florida does it 10 times better than you guys.I can't wait to return back home to The Sunshime State soon

Costco customer service is terrible. Daniel and whoever the assistant manager working today was, held us up for an hour to do what we were already told would be done after a wasted trip yesterday and a follow up call with management. Shame on Costco threatening employees like Daniel who said if he helped us he would loose his job. We spend thousands every year and to accommodate our needs we had to give up reward dollars. Loose loose, customers loose and Costco wins again.

I have been a Costco customer ever since my store opened in Wilmington NC and could not be more satisfied with the customer service I get each time I visit. I have a service dog and Costco have reached out with open arms to me and my service dog until Friday April 21 2023. On this day my service had an accident buy the checkout. This has never happened because she is trained to let me know if she has to go. She had an upset stomach. I carry stuff in a backpack to cleanup anything if something does happen. The employees where very helpful Al though they didn’t have to. Except for one manager an African American manager whom berated, belittled me and my service dog in front of the other customers. I was cleaning up like a responsible service dog owner should, but the fact that this lady continued after I cleaned up and apologized for the situation. I was told by this manager the myself and my service dog was not welcomed in her store ever again. Being so embarrassed by the situation and after being treated and talked too like I was by this manager I left the store never to return. I hate the fact that I can not shop at the Wilmington store ever again. Sam’s and the other Costco stores I have visited have never had a problem with my service dog.

The food court seems to never pick up there phone whenever I’m trying to call to place an order it just rings forever until the call ends. Not sure if they don’t take phone orders for pizza anymore but they should make that clear if they aren’t gonna answer the phone.

Drivers making deliveries there's Overnight Parking and they may take you early depending on how busy they are. In and out within an hour. Very friendly people ??????

Costco has the best food court ever berry smoothie is so good and they have a i believe turkey sandwich or ham not sure what one but its huge and so good!!!!!!!!
