Cousin’s Coal Fired Pizza serves up the absolute best pies in town—crispy crusts with fresh toppings that hit every time. The owners and crew are genuine, welcoming all, and treat you like family. Run, don’t walk, and grab a pizza (or three) with your crew!

Great pizza, not greasy at all. The best pizza I have ever had in the Wilmington area. Definitely coming back. The workers were very kind too.

We drove from Rocky Point to try this place and I’m glad we did. It’s excellent! The Dad was awesome and my husband enjoyed The Detroit too.

Bought 2 pizzas and one should have never been delivered as it was completely burnt. We couldn’t even tell what the toppings were. I cannot recommend them.

We got a Detroit style pizza and a 12 inch vodka pie & they were both soooo good! Crispy and yummy, but not heavy tasting. Definitely will be ordering again!

The Detroit style was very tasty. (I will order extra sauce next time.) The white sauce pie we ordered was very good as well as the one with hot honey. The fire adds such a huge amount of flavor. Bravo y’all, we’ll be back.

Awesome pizza!
Cousin's Deli (downtown Wilmington) has been a favorite for years. I was very excited when they opened the pizzeria.
They Did Not disappoint!
Uniquely delicious pizza in a town filled with ordinary pizzas.

There is a lot of great pizza in Wilmington, but there is no one who does authentic New Haven style pizza like cousins. These guys are the real deal. Joe and his team are so kind and make you feel like family. One of the things that most impresses me is how they’re able to make a newer place feel like it’s been a part of the neighborhood for years. Order as much and as often as you can before Dave Portnoy shows up and there’s a line out the door.

I think the pizza here is good, but it doesn’t quite live up to New Haven style pizza from Connecticut that I grew up with. I was excited to try Cousins, and while I enjoyed it, I wouldn’t call it outstanding. There are a few other spots in Wilmington I’d probably choose first, but I could see myself coming back if I’m in the area.
