This Crumbl location in Wilmington NC is supreme. I go nearly every week and the cookies always look like the website. The wait is never too long. Sometimes the popular ones sell out some days especially on Saturdays so try to get there earlier.
Had the cinnamon bun cookie. Portion was large yet highly overpriced. Factory style atmosphere. Didn't like that you couldn't see the cookie options or who and how they were packaged. Yes they were served warm still not worth the $5.00 for 1 cookie.
Some of the greatest cookies I've had the pleasure to enjoy but the woman who checked me out with a attitude gave me the wrong merchandise yet got another attitude when I returned back to the store to get what I paid for, definitely needs to work on customer service!
