I don't think this place in the mall is a DQ anymore. There is a different ice cream place in place of the DQ inside the mall now.

It was kind of different. They had all the ordering windows closed, people were all sitting around outside waiting for their food. My blizzard was so soft, and the cup so squishy I had ice cream running all over within 10 steps. I had to go back and ask for napkins. There seemed to be plenty of employees but nobody knew what they were doing. Not living in the area, I won't be back.

It's no longer open. They should at least update their information. They have the other listed as closed. Reading the reviews they don't care about any complaints or reviews for that matter because they all have the same response. If I could give no star I would but it's not an option.

I completely understand business hours, but walking up at 7:57 and them serving me was great. However having to listen to the girl bad mouth me and my child and use four letter words while doing it is a little much. Not only did the staff continue to speak loud enough for me and my little girls to hear, she decided to get in her car and race around the tiny parking lot., revving her obnoxious little engine as if that was going to scare us away. This is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered, and will ensure that I let any one and everyone know just how poorly we were treated. The hiring manager needs to take a deep hard look at what he/she looks for when hiring someone to perform customer service.
No customer should have to be subjected to rude and vulgar language especially when a child is around. You don’t want to serve me am fine, but don’t try and close early and then bad mouth me while I am standing there after taking my money.
This is ridiculous and I don’t ever which anyone to lose there employment, but this person does not need to work with the public

Had coupons for Birthday Blizzards,special treat and closed,can't use coupons at other locations,not nice,usually great place,frustratedResponse sorry try again,Why?? Coupons wont be good,not how you treat loyal customers,going out with pandemic and your reply try again,think on that,other places to go for treats for family

Staff is nice. They don't quite all seem to know what they're doing..how can they allow themselves to run out of icecream?? That's the whole business...ordered it last month..employee said it may be ready so they checked. A bunch of liquid icecream came out of the machine. He said come back in 10 min and itd be ready. It wasnt. How does an icecream place run out of icecream..
