We got two meals today from Dave’s it’s our first time, the food itself is pretty good, hot, tasty and flavorful. The manger on the other hand completely dismissed my boyfriend when he tried to ask what the issue was for our order the website reflected it be ready ten minutes from order placement it took over 30 and when he tried to ask what the deal was the manger 1. Chose not to offer any explanation 2. Chose not to offer an apology. 3. Then made the suggestion of us coming in an hour earlier as the only form of communication about this. I don’t know if customer service is a dying art or what but if your manager can’t even volunteer and I’m sorry it’s not a good indicator of a company’s future.
In the future if it’s slammed just apologize and say we’re slammed overall that’s better customer service

Food is good but wow, the prices are out of control. Their portions have gotten so small. They charge you extra for even 1 pack of Dave’s sauce now- Not even 0.75 cents or something reasonable. $1.50! For a tiny thing of sauce. And the one they give you that’s included is NEVER filled up. Mine was half full at best. If you’re going to charge extra for sauce, at least give me the full portion of the one included. Also, $3.50 for a drink?! Is that a joke?? Probably never coming here again
