i ordered $40 worth of food to be delivered and missing half of the stuff i ordered four ranch cups and they gave me 5 marinara sauces, i call and tell them half of my order is missing and they hang up on me….

I ordered pizza and pasta I gave them my address and I forgot my phone number was tied in with my previous address when I called back the manager Larry told me my order came back to the store, I tried to explain to him that I recently moved and I gave my new address when I placed my order directly to the store. So the manager asked me to repeat my address and then says he doesn't deliver in this area after dark. As I said I just moved here and I wasn't aware of this policy and why wasn't this explained before my order was placed,so my elder mother and kids can't enjoy Domino's because they can't deliver in my area after dark. To push me off about some unknown policy is not at all professional or acceptable and the manager(Larry) of Market st.in Wilmington failed tremendously to satisfy a customer

I ordered a pizza, thin crust I usually look before I leave because this location is known for messing up orders but I didn’t got pizza was very and black around the edges they replaced my pizza but I asked this time for extra cheese which I was very willing to pay for Roman the manager let me know that this wasn’t possible and there was no way to ring up a single topping.Pick your battles buddy you just should of put the extra on it you only messsd my up and now I’m back out here in the middle of a storm sometimes it’s just best to do what’s right!!! Oh and Jewel was Awesome REAL manager material ?

Put in address from Airbnb for delivery, placed order, got charged, to then be told that the order can’t be delivered because of location. Why charge a card if that is the case? Why wait over 20 minutes before letting a customer know? This is a great opportunity for local pizza places because of this dominos inability to serve a community within a mile.

Very disappointed me and my wife ordered loaded tots they were burnt. The cheese was all burnt. We also ordered a New York style crust. The pizza was burnt. It is totally ridiculous. You paid $25 for food items and they’re not doing their job nonsense.

I had a real bad craving for pizza this Domino's always deliver satisfying your cravings . Pizza was baked to perfection as always and wings were amazing!
I work right behind this location, my first day on the job I didn't have enough to buy lunch, one if the guys at this dominoes made me a pizza for what I had in my pocket. Which was about $6 I think. Top Notch service and way to help out the community.
