Not only was the customer service from Jeremy terrible, but the actual food was even worse (uncooked pizza/ frozen wings). I didn't even care that it was late. Asked for info from corporate and was told "we don't have that." What a joke lol. I will not be using this location ever again.
Food was never delivered after 2 hours then was told I could not receive a refund but could come pick it up in the drive-thru after paying for delivery and it being almost 3 hours after I ordered at that point

My delivery order tonight was an hour and a half late and I had to deliver it myself. I had to pick up myself after having waited over an hour for my order. We called multiple times with no answer and there was no other way to refund the order. When I arrived at the store I asked for a refund on the delivery charge since we were now picking up the pizza. There were maybe 7 employees including the manager where running around working. They let us know that about half of the scheduled employees did not show up for their shift. THIS MAN NOT ONLY MADE SURE TO GIVE US OUR REFUND BUT GAVE US A FREE PIZZA. This guy was sweating so much yet he was doing everything possible to still earn those FIVE stars. I am sure they are not getting many of these tonight but all of them deserve a raise. The pizza was delicious and this is the only time we have had any issue with this location!

Always slow to cook or get out the door. Either they make it quickly and let it sit till cold or it takes over 25 just to prep before cooking. It’s 2:35 now and began to prep at 2:09 still not in the oven yet

Today I ordered a large pizza and cheddar bacon through Linia on the dominoes app and the delivery guy gave me the wrong order. He didn't even knock on my door, he just left the food outside my house. I called dominoes to tell them about the mistake, which I understand. They are busy but I have also worked in restaurants and that is why I can understand to a certain extent but that I call them and they have not come for more than two hours. with my correct order and that I still call them and they cut off my phone, it seems unfair to me so I need them to return my money and come for their incorrect order since they are rude and give terrible customer service

I left happily with my food. Which was fresh and hot thanks to the amazing Blair.EDIT: were used to something missing or whatever in the order with delivery, we just deal. Most times we order from here it’s always the chicken Alfredo pasta. Which we both got last night. HOWEVER. My fiance and I woke up this morning with every symptom of food poisoning. Never eating the Alfredo again. Probably won’t even eat here.

Domino's did their thang today!!! My pizza was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of toppings. I also ordered the cinnamon twists and they were just as delicious. Quick delivery time. Delicious food. I was very pleased!
Terrible I've been ordering there for awhile now and they always get my order wrong and I tip them big money every time don't go to these people they had my food uncooked and had my good in a box that had marble cookie cake smearing it was terrible and there very rude !

When you call your talking to someone in a different location. I don't wanna speak to anyone other then who I'm ordering from. They also skimp on cheese the pizzas dry how do you make dry a$$ pizza smh

The pizza I got at night on 7/18 was the best dominos pizza I’ve had. It was very quick and still very hot when I received the pizza.
