I live off of independence rd in a respectable neighborhood in echo farms Wilmington North Carolina. This particular address tells me they won’t deliver to my house! Which is in again a nice neighborhood! This NEEDS to be fixed please

i waited for it to be delivered for two hours and when i got it, it tasted like it had been sitting out the whole time. we ordered habanero sauce and they gave us icing instead…

Domino's Pizza should start including a knife with all of their pizzas. Because of the weak-willed workers there are unable to use a pizza slicer to cut entirely through a pizza. They have a giant knife behind the counter that is apparently there for show and is no longer used to slice entirely through the pizza. I was able to personally observe the red-haired gentleman behind the counter attempt to cut through a pizza and it was not something for the week of heart to watch. The amount of force that he put behind it seemed gargantuan but when I got home it was all for naught. Maybe the knife is just dull at the moment and they need to send it to get sharpened. But I think that this gentleman behind the counter was just given too much milk as a child. I would recommend not slicing the pizzas on top of giant stacks of cardboard boxes. It's probably the reason the pizzas are not being sliced correctly and it is also likely a health code violation.
The reason I had so much time to watch him slice pizzas other than mine is because they didn't even notice I was there. It seems to be kind of a trend that employs at restaurants no longer recognize that customers are arriving. I decided to just go grab my pizza on my own.
The manager of the store is extremely good at restocking the line because she was very diligently placing the tater tots into the tater tot holder. Her zombie-like focus is only seen in 12-year-old kids on Adderall. But she failed to recognize that someone was standing at the front waiting to get their freshly prepared pizza.
When I asked to get my pizza on my own, words seem to fail the red haired gentleman that was still slicing a pizza but I could tell by the xanned look on his face that he wasn't going to do anything if I walked out with the food I'd purchased.

My daughter love their pizza. We go every 2 weeks or so to satisfy the inner pizza monster. The gentleman that manages does a fantastic job. Don't know his name but sports some nice tattoos. Our food is fast and accurate also. Keep up the good work, yall!

It's hard to send this review because I've had good experiences with this. Domino's before and the crew, there is absolutely wonderful, however. We ordered a thin crust, half cheese, half pepperoni tonight, along with a chef salad.

I've seen a couple bad reviews for this place... and I gotta tell you, I can't figure it out! This Domino's is amazing! I love it. It's close to our house so we always choose this one... and I eat pizza like it's my job. Also, I like to eat Domino's because with the app you get points for each pizza and we got lots of free pizzas because of it. But anyway, back to the review.... I have been here many, many times and they always get our order right. The pizza is always cooked really nicely. The people at the window (I always use the pick up window) are always super nice. It's great! This is a great Domino's location. All these photos I posted are pizzas we've bought over the last year since we lived here... My daughter and I love the pan cheese pizza... and we usually get their lava cakes, which are dope. But anyways, check out that philly (1st photo)!! I'm telling you, this place is great. If you're looking for a pizza from a major pizza chain here in Wilmington, go to this Domino's.
Didn't even place an order but now that dominos provides cars to there drivers atleast now you know who's driving reckless. This evening I had 1 of there drivers following right on my bumper, used signals on ever turn to make sure they didn't hit me. None the less this driver almost took off my bumper when I was pulling in my driveway with 3 children in the car. I know it was this location as the delivery was on Chula Vista. Tried calling store but just put on hold twice. Awful driving followed by awful customer service.
