I had poor results with the food that I had been ordering (on more than one occasion). After bringing this to their attention, I was surprised that a generic response was given but no attempt to repair the situation was proposed. After viewing the reviews of the restaurant on Google, I came to realize the severity of the complaint is irrelevant (there were some pretty serious allegations for a public business); no attempt to genuinely mediate the situation will happen.

Manager working there is never there very rude and does not care about the customers. The store should be close. I have received boneless chicken burnt and he will not give my money back or my food back also found a cockroach dead in my chicken Alfredo. Be careful ordering at the store.
