Do not tip for delivery orders ahead of time, always make sure order gets there first. Easily the WORST customer service experience ive ever encountered. Order was missing an item on delivery. I called immediately and was shouted at by a young employee who was audibly stressed "..PLEASE HOLD". After holding for 5 mins i called back, same shouting employee "PLEASE HOLD". I called immediately for a third time and had to cut him off saying dont put me on hold, only for him to scoff and say "ok well im trying to make pizzas so?..." after explaining the situation he tells me he will find a driver to bring the missing item. After 30 mins i call again, foods still sitting on the rack, new employee tells me "uhh due to food contamination i cant deliver this one. We are really busy itll be about 45 mins before we can make and deliver one..". I explain why thats unacceptable (2 hours since ordering at this point). Finally they come back and literally drop the box on my doorstep and dont knock to alert me its here (theres no tracker to follow). 3 employees, not a single apology. The management, or lack thereof, of this location is apalling and im going to ensure everyone in wilmington that i know avoids dominos like the plague. Shut this gordon road location down, they have gone downhill embarrasingly in the last couple years.

I ordered a pan pizza with chicken, onions. and spinach. There were hardly any toppings on the pizza. I order from here, the same pizza, many times. It's never been that bad. I was very disappointed. My delivery driver was nice and the cheesy bread was good. The pizza was horrible and I know it can be better. I work in a kitchen and presentation is everything. Whoever was the cook on yesterday around 3 pm them need to do better.

Received daily emails to redeem a free “emergency” pizza. App took me to Dominoes website to change my password to log in. Tried a half dozen times. Reset functionality doesn’t work. Employee asks for manager help. Manager says, that’s not out problem. It’s a corporate thing. Says he had another customer with the same problem….but refused to honor the offer. He Offered to “discount“ another pizza. Horrible customer service. As a business owner myself, in a situation like this you take some ownership and make it right for the customer. I’m a freaking 25 year Dominoes customer, probably purchased 100+ pizzas over the years. This is the first time I’ve ever attempted to use the zillions of points and offers over the years. And this is how I’m treated. Really a sad statement on customer service. From now on, I’ll be patronizing your competitors for both my bus and personal orders.

I am SO grateful to this Domino's. I accidently chose the wrong delivery address. I called the store ordered from and they transferred me to this store location. There was an area manager on duty who called me, fixed my problem and delivered a fresh hot order for my family's Friday night Pizza. Wicked grateful for Bob in Wilmington, NC :)

Yikes the night people in the beginning of the week must really hate their lives. Leaving my pizza at the door, not a knock or a text in my phone. Wrong the next and finally an hour plus late with cold sus ass pizza. I truly hope the very few pizzas I order a year will make your lives so much easier not to worry about anymore.

The barbecue chicken wings are horrible!!! I called the store on Gordon Road to complain the manager Austin was extremely rude. He takes no pride in the the food that is sent out and basically said “this is domino’s what do I expect”
