Ordered dry wok chicken. There was no chicken. Just battered nuggets of nothing. Very disappointed
Order takeout Sesame chicken definitely tastes like orange chicken and was gross. Choices were brown or white rice. I thought they meant fried, no dry brown rice. Waste of $20.
This is one of my favorite spots in Wilmington. I like the sesame chicken and General Tso chicken, and the dry wok chicken is also really good. Bok choy is fantastic, as are the dumplings. Portions are very generous and for an $18 entree you get two meals. Solid spot, I keep going back.
Double Happiness does not disappoint. The Wrightsville Ave location was a neighborhood favorite of mine when we lived in Wilmington. After moving away in 2013, we have to have it again anytime we were in town. This time we visited the Ogden location and had a wonderful dining experience. This is not fast food Chinese food (although they do offer to go). It is so nice to have authentic Chinese food in a relaxed fine dining atmosphere. When we were there this past week the food was amazing! Not only did we have a wonderful meal there, we got a couple entrees to go to warm up for dinner the next day. May gave us pointers on reheating the food and it was also delicious. Already looking forward to our next visit.
Closed on sundays????
I love their food I tend to get something different each time but so far the dim sum platter and mapo tofu with ground pork is my favorite

First time here. Very good. Great service. Large portions. Steamed dumplings were on pint ginger soy and spicing dipping were very good. Chicken lo mein was very good. Perfect neighborhood spot.

Nice looking place. Take out bags were bougee and flashy. But what Chinese restaurant makes General Tso's chicken taste and look like orange chicken? I hate that dish. Gross ???
Meal was nasty. I tossed it all. Won't be back.

This really is the best Asian food I've had in Wilmington. This really is a step above the typical Chinese fare you get most places.

10/10 experience everytime we go! There is a reason that this place has won "best of" its category for so many years. The orange chicken is amazing, but we especially love the chicken lettuce cups. Don't sleep on the home made pickles either!! I crave them. Wonderful people & wonderful place for a filling meal.
LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!!!!

Food was absolutely spot on and delicious. The vegetables were chopped and the service was top notch. If you come ask for Shane. He was attentive and professional. Total class act. I love this place.
